Victoria's Secret & PINK, Langhorne PA

I had went to go ask if they had a bigger size in bras, the lady had SUCH a huge attitude about it then proceeded to laugh. She said ya you aren’t that size.she then proceeded to Measure me sure enough I was the size I asked for, she then assisted that I was not she wouldn’t show me where the bigger size were.so now I’m stuck with bras that don’t fit. She was a nasty worker heavy set. Never again will I be going back there! Worst experience ever

Great customer service. Employees are just great! Prices are a bit high but its Victoria Secret.

Very fast service, and the employee Bobbie was so helpful and knowledgeable about bras! Definitely recommend asking for her if you’re having bra trouble like me.

Worst customer services especially the cashier have a bad attitude and the manager Nohemi was no help at all use to be a regular but after my expierence today not coming back

I waited over an hour on the phone (on hold) and eventually decided to drive to the store while still on hold. Moments before actually walking into the store someone finally picked up the line saying thanks for holding how may I help you. I informed them that I was on hold for an hour and that they will see me walk in the store in two minutes. When I asked for the supervisor or manager they stated they were sorry but don't know why I was one hold for so long. And the supervisor was on the phone when I walked in and asked for a sup or manager. I should proof of the call and was advised to leave feedback at the number on the back of the receipt. I ended up leaving without the issue being resolved also.

Quality of underwear is NOTHING like it was when it first started out. I still have undies from 10 years ago. Beautifully made. Now they fall apart. I won't buy them there anymore. Shame

I love the merchandise and they hire great sales teams. But jeez, the prices kill me sometimes. At least their stuff last q long time.

I actually hate going into this store. The sales people NEVER stop talking. I had 3 different people tell me about sales and ask me 100 questions all before getting to the fragrance I was buying as a last minute gift. Its ashame the sales people are so pushy and annoying. I wear VS all the time but I always order online to avoid having to go in there. Nobody needs to be bothered this much buying underware.

The store is trying to get better with having more sizes available in store. But selections are still slim. The store needs to recognize the need for more cashiers when four or more customers are in line. Don't just be my friend when I shopping to buy more, do it when I'm checking out and don't want to stand in line forever.

Neat and organized. Staff is helpful. They are very short on cosmetics. Went in to shop for the buy 3 get 3 free event. I was looking for different matte lip stick kits but they were all gone. They were also short on sizes probably because of the event. This is the main store location I shop so I cant speak for other locations but this location always run out of the free bags, towels and or robes ect very quickly sometimes even the same day it goes into affect.

Visited from delaware today for some family and let me tell you. The girl (may have the name wrong) Melissa is annoying as anything! I just wanted to buy one perfume! She kept following me around and repeating the same things i felt as if i was being watched! Not sure if you guys make commission please don't be so pushy on your customers!

The most fantastic leggings out there. PINK! Them. They are the only kind that fit perfectly. Especially for someone like myself with long legs and a long torso.

Nice spot for females. Has everything you can find for a woman. Get great gifts here. Wifee loves it here. Lingerie etc.

Very negative experience. They lied to me and signed me up for the credit card even though I told clearly I don't want that. Stay away.

This location felt like it was run by lethargic milenials and I was an imposition. And the bra isn't right. I will find a different location to exchange it.

Always have a great experience at this location. A bit harder this time of year to find someone to help you. But overall very pleasant and helpful staff. Love the new store. Keep up the great work!

Very poorly educated sales girls and a lying store manger. Was misinformed several times about different items. First of all, I was told that the knockout sports bra does not come in size 32B, which turned out a lie, when I came home I purchased one in 32B on VS website. Then, when I asked for a specific color knockout pants, they said they would check online, and said that those are sold out and no longer available. Again, at home I was able to order a pair in the color I wanted. Also during that same visit, when I returned a bra, the manager told me that refund takes 2-3 days, but when after over a week I did not see my card refunded and contacted online customer service, they told me that in fact refunds take up to 14 days. I will never shop at that location again, very negative experience.

I was actually shocked to come on here and see all of the negative reviews. The incident that happened with the store manager was definitely NOT in this store! I believe it was another store in Oxfard, Alabama? What happened in that store was absolutely awful! And should've never happened to that poor woman! But I can guarantee you that this PINK store is AMAZING! I went there a little under a year ago, and the girls who work there were SO NICE! Most PINK stores that I go to are extremely crowded, and very unorganized, but this store was very organized and not crowded! I love this PINK store, and I just don't want people to think that this is the store where that store manager works! This is a completely different store!
