Victory Church reviews
14I’ve been to many churches, all over the world as I spent 10 years in the Navy. However, this is the most hospitable church I’ve ever been to. I believe I have found my church home……. Finally. Thank you for being there.
Drove by Victory church on Freedom Rd while at work and stopped by out of curiosity last Friday. The door was cracked open, and when I walked in, the musical on the Tv screens made me feel so relaxed. The image of the church blew me away, and just as I was going to leave, I ran into Seth Barstow, the Director Of Operations.
Despite the church being closed on Friday, he still took me on a tour. He showed me the auditorium and spoke to me about the humble history of how Victory church started. I will most certainly visit this church. As a wise man once said, everything happens for a reason! Thank you, Seth, for the warm welcome!
This church has truly been amazing I accepted Christ back in June and was saved within there walls it changed my life the sermons are always amazing and true to God's word. The pastors and people are so helpful knowledgeable and kind they even have helped me figure out what God's purpose for me is. I have never missed a service since I started to attend even on vacation I was able to easily see the services even though I'm out of state and in 2 weeks I'll be baptized they truly are a church that loves God and treats you like your family
Victory is all about being one church in many communities. They create an environment where the Holy Spirit can work and move and foster growth in all of their members and attendees through helping them take the "Next Step" in their journey of faith with the Lord. Solid place to grow, connect and deepen your faith with God! Highly recommend - Ive been here almost 4 years and LOVE the community I have built here.
Coming to Victory changed my life. It is a teaching church that is truly God centered. And the people made you feel at home and loved.
I've found the people very welcoming. Great place to get involved by using your gifts and talents. So glad we found Victory church
Victory church has such a supportive environment to help people learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
My family and I were wanting to switch churches to be able to attend a church closer to home where we can serve and have our children get more involved. After a lot of research and spending time watching local churches online, we decided to attend Victory Church (Greenfield) a year ago on Easter Sunday. We immediately felt welcomed and new after several weeks attending that we found our church home where not only our children can grow in their faith, but that I can also grow and be able to serve. We love our Victory tribe!
Victory church is truly a place where you will learn solid biblical teaching and foster some of the best relationships with other believers. It is not so large that you get lost rather you make deep connections with others through small groups. We LOVE this church and the people who are The Church!
Me and my family were members of the church's Columbia campus for 3 years. We left in January 2020 after the head pastor Curt Seaburg took the Bible out of context (saying that the God's laughing in Psalm 2: 4 was joyful laughter) and endorsed the doctrine of female pastors which is condemned by God. Nobody at this campus had their Bibles out as the verses were shown on a screen with zero context. We have contacted Curt Seaburg about these issues but he has given our questions the run-around. We now attend a different church which focuses on context and prioritizes the right interpretations of God's Word whether it makes us feel good about ourselves or not. It seems like the mission of Victory Church is to have a good experience. Another reviewer said that they made him feel at home. I feel that the church is focusing on that too much and forgetting the real reason to gather together to hear the Word of the Lord. Although it was sad to leave, we will not be returning.
Pastor Curt and staff are amazing. New member here and cannot express how important this church has been in my growth with God
Victory Church is a place where you will feel welcomed and anyone can go and know they are loved!
500+ people shoulder to shoulder without masks and a greeter with a "Trump Won" hat. But quality service.
This church is a true blessing to the area! The members are extremely welcoming and love Jesus with their whole heart. I visited this place with a friend almost 3 years ago while I was a member of another church. Well, I ended up falling in love with it and I never left.
