Great store to buy sneakers and fashional clothes everyone who works there are good people they always have a smile on their faces and will help you without hesitation and won't give you an attitude when you ask for more help I've spent a little over 7k in this store and every month I go in and spend money some more money sometimes I just go in and say hi to everyone since they all know me already. But again great sneaker store I would recommended to everyone

Your store on Broad and Thompson To me for an urban store has the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have always be kind helpful and willing to go over the top to make sure I was satisfied. They even called your store in Germantown Avenue to make the item that I needed they had. I was not wit a smile and said thank you. I brought a hat just because of the customer experience I encountered there. Now your store on Germantown Avenue the experience was just a little different. The gentleman that cashed me out for was friendly great eye contact and kind. Now he did ask the gentleman before was he a rewards member but he didn't ask me. But it was still a great experience. Now when I walked the security guard with leaned on I guess some type of mechanism he never said hello just looked and when I walked out he was outside on this phone off duty to me. No one asked could they help me I walked around for about 5 minutes aimlessly trying to find a pair of pants that I wanted that the store at Broad and Thompson did not have and they called but no one answered the phone. Customer service is very important to me because I'm an as 16 people and I want them to give the same customer experience that I would want to receive when going to anyone's establishment. I have visited your store at Broad and Thompson before and still I got the great customer experience that I was expecting when I went today. Overall it was still a great experience from both stores just your Germantown store just needs a little tweaking
