My wife and kids moved here a couple months ago and so far till this day I’m having a horrible experience. When I first moved in we had fleas infested. My kids and wife were bitten everywhere. Now the Lancaster green management did have people come in and sprayed it down 3 times it took. Still no excuse that we moved into a infested apartment. The one thing they don’t tell you is the electric bill from PPL. Boy oh boy. Our first bill was 225. I’m like what the heck. So I called because you know it’s high. They told me what any other company tells you, your pulling to much energy, your apartment runs through electric. So i asked what can I do to lower so I follow they’re advice. I get my bill for January. Wanna guess how much? It’s 300 dollars now. It’s outrages that the bill is that high when I have all the thermostat on zero. When I know all the lights don’t stay on. So when you move make sure you research PPL and Lancaster Green. I’m stuck here for quite awhile.

Buildings are cleaned weekly and exterior is kept up with nicely. Within one conversation with Management it was clear to see they truly do care about both the people and the property.

It’s unfortunate that some are paying so much money to live in such a poorly presented apartment complex. Lancaster green, if you want your tenants to move out, please just kindly ask them, instead of allowing this trash smelling, filthy environment. We have notified the office multiple times about how some of the kids in building K are treating the building, and was told to call the police instead of the staff correcting the problem.

HORRIBLE! And I’m sad because this is our first place I moved into! So our lease was up in a month and the kitchen stove which had previous problems caught on fire as we were just boiling water. I had to call 911. I have a 1 month new born and when the office lady came in with BLONDE HAIR came in stank! And took pictures and left, nobody asked about the newborn or how we were after the fire to even see if we were okay which was very mean! They only care about the apartment and damage more then the actual renters themselves! Then we waited two weeks so they can investigate the fire from the fire department which they didn’t even file a claim and the fire department has no knowledge of our fire report which is something the offices should have done. Then the best they could offer us is a 2 BD because we have a baby and that was 1200 when we were only paying 950 so they offered us something that was more money after we have smoke damage on most of our things and lost everything I’m our kitchen groceries, glasses, baby bottles, formula just was a crazy experience for us they we very unhelpful but overall we like the place until that happen and theirs was a little mold issue ‍️ In rooms that don’t really attract water like our room.

Moved here from NY last Oct, and the first problem the first week, was the kitchen sink, I didn't believe what came out of there! Then I had to steam clean the rugs myself! The paint job isn't great, the bathroom lights has rust last week a designer window shutter fell from the above floor next to where I like to sit and Saturday a metal piece maybe 1 1/2 ft by 4 ft fell from the roof area, either of which could have cause serious damage to person or property! Spoke with a maintenance man who told me the residents are suppose to report it to management which the first was by the resident in the apt, I told him that wasn't my job and the staff working the area should check it, the area, to which he responded their suppose to and that he would, the metal piece is still there at 7: 10pm! My fridge is making a constant noise which started Friday afternoon but with everything going on, I didn't want a handy person to have to stay late so I waited until today. I left a voice message at 8am, then when I got no response even though I heard them in the office when I refilled my laundry card which is another problem I heard people in the office, got a text and a work order logged at 12: 04 according to a text from them, ask how long and was told an hour or so by text their at other emergencies but will get back to me once done, I also know their making repairs to rental apts which I understand. I then text to be called before anyone came by and yet no reply, now here it is 7: 40 and not even the consideration to call and say, stop waiting idiot, no one's coming! Think about this, a paying and up to date resident isn't worthy of a little consideration! We won't be renewing!
