Super irresponsible. Gave me the runaround so much that we showed up in person. Honda dealership is not really connected with these guys so I'm not sure why are they saying so.it's even at a different location Orland the statefarm representative will not pick up the phone and will not call back at all. Ask Honda for management that may help also.

Amazing customer service! Called me periodically to inform me of updates. Did an amazing job on my vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I was told by a coworker that they are a good body shop when it comes to Honda. WRONG. When I received my Accord back 3 weeks later then the date I was told, I had a handful of issues that still needed to be addressed. My air conditioning did not work - My bumper was missing parts- My tires were not repaired- My hood was misaligned - My bumper was and still is misaligned. I could go on and on. I brought my car back several times to have these things corrected, but there are still issues. And don't believe anything about their " Guarantee ".

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. The inspection was done in a timely manner and I got a loaner vehicle on the spot. I had my vehicle back in two business days. I highly recommend vinart collision to anyone looking to have work done.

Everyone was very nice in regards to my claim. TrVis kept me informed of the progress and worked with me to have my car delivered back to me. Thank you everyone!

I do not recommend you to go to vinart collision center I give them one star I won't recommend my friends to go there at all

11 days after I purchased my car a piece of retread damaged my car scratching the bumper and damaging the foglamp. 6 years later and no noticable damage their work is A+.

Terrible service. Took weeks for a little issue. And they didn't fix it correctly and a piece they put on flew off the vehicle. WORST GARAGE EVER

Turned my car in after getting rear ended. While it did take longer than I expected, the final finish was great and the were willing to buff out some minor scratches that were on the body. Would recommend especially for Honda's!

Someone hit my car and took off the driver side mirror. It took Vinart a week to put on a mirror. They didn't even put it on right. It makes a noise when I try adjusting it. Not to mention someone stole my phone charger out of my car! I will never go back here.

Body work results are good. Needs improvement in the scheduling area. The initial estimate on how long it would take to resolve left a sour taste in my mouth when it ran 4 days over the initial estimated date.

Someone hit my car while it was parked on Aug 6 2017 and ran off called the insurance company and was referred to vinart everything went smoothly till i received my car as i was making a right turn i noticed my right passenger camera wasn't aligned then i received a phone call where i had to leave the state due to a family emergency.i came back to pa in middle of December 2017 and headed straight to vinart i spoke to Jennifer she was polite and explained to her the situation she went over to the GIECO rep and they chatted for like 4 minutes and she came back and said a vinart Honda dealer representative will call me and schedule a date where i can take my Odyssey to have it fixed since the collision center did not have the" right equipment " to the job so i left my number and waited 1 week after i waited for a week i called again she again transferred me to the gieco rep line and i left a vm another week has passed and still nothing again i called and was transferred to the gieco rep vm and still no response third week the same thing.it had me thinking is the Gieco rep so busy he cant return phone calls or the collision center is still waiting for another accident to happen? Im am logging this as a corporate complaint to honda and geico.it is the responsibility of the collision center to make sure all safety features are fully functional before handing it back to the customer. I am a Loyal honda customer for that past 7 years where my family members put thier trust in Honda for safety and with Gieco for better response i am not putting my family at risk for someone tardiness.maybe someone at the center should focus on customers safety and well being
