Walked in on a dead Monday night. Literally the only customers. 4 employees by the cash wrap staining at their phones and talking amongst themselves.walked the entire Men's department 4 times and maybe 10 minutes in was greeted with a one syllable "hi. " My partner was with me for my birthday and would have bought whatever I wanted. Left empty handed on principal. As we were walking out asked "still doing ok? " We've both worked retail. She still does. Would have been written up for that type of service. I own a decent amount of this brand. Don't mind spending the money. Can even fend for myself for the most part, having been a Men's store manager before. But I'll not drop a cent where I feel like I'm a burden just by existing in the presence of someone getting paid to do nothing, yet alone 4 of them.
