After my mom stopped driving, Felicia took her grocery shopping every week. She was always prompt, caring, and professional. She went out of her way to update me on any concerns or issues she noted, so I could help address these with my mom. She is experienced, clearly enjoys interacting with older people, has good judgement, and a warm heart. Highly recommend her!

I don’t know how we could have done it without Felicia and her team. They are everything they say they are - compassionate, skilled and highly individualized. They brought things to my attention that made the home safer and more enjoyable for my dad. They never treated him with anything other than the utmost respect, understanding the importance of maintaining his dignity. They were proactive, observant and attentive. I cannot say enough about the compassionate care which was provided to my mother during the last few years of her life. These lovely women embrace the old fashioned values of aging with dignity and practice their profession with the highest standards of excellence…and a dose of good humor. Felicia Johnson took care of our mother for the last 2 years of her life when she was in declining health physically and mentality. Felicia treated her with the utmost of empathy and love. Her attitude was beyond respect, she treated our mom like she was her own. Our mom reciprocated that love back. She was highly observant of health and behavioral changes and readily communicated that to us. She was a rock of dependability, never missing her scheduled time. Our mom was very precious to us and we were always at peace when she was in Felicia’s care.
