7What an awful experience. Nina didnt prep my nails at all for dip and uses a drill to shred my cuticles rather than push them back and cut properly. She left so much dip built up on my nails; they are so thick and ugly with no tapering at the cuticle. Then when she was done, she just put the drill back on a rack for use on the next person AFTER I BLED ON IT. Disgusting. Not only is my manicure ugly, but my fingers are sore and I am worried about infection from dirty tools. I had an appointment yet she rushed her way through carelessly. Never again.
Really disappointed about my entire experience. This was the most rushed pedicure I have ever received. At the end the man just got up and walked away on his phone, I realized he wasn’t coming back when I heard the microwave LOL. When I got home I realized the gel wasn’t cured. I put a normal shoe on, the polish was ruined and smearing all over my skin. I went because I am going out of town so I can’t even go in to have them fixed. Waste of time and money.
Nina does a wonderful job every-time. She makes my nails look beautiful for every occasion, and has helped my nails grow long and strong. Nina always has suggestions if I’m unsure what color to get. Scheduling is easy, and everyone at the salon is nice.
This place uses dirty tools. It was the second time I had the same man.the first time he insulted me about the tip I gave him the second time he charged me $65 for a fill while they sit there and talk in their own language knowingly even though they know English! Should know by now it's extremely rude! Oh I heard an English was CHARGE. I'VE NEVER SEEN THEM ACTUALLY SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS THEY USE THE SAME ONES OVER AND OVER ON PEPPLE. NEVER AGAIN

I left Nina a review for my Christmas nails and how good she did. It made me realize that I forgot to leave this review in October! I went to Nina here at VIP to do my nails for a wedding. She made my nails soooo pretty and just like the picture I showed her. I will always go to Nina at VIP in McMurray.
