Vi's Nails, Mechanicsburg PA

I received a great manicure and pedicure but the lady who I had my appointment with strolled in a 1/2 hour late and didn’t seem to care at all. A little unprofessional.

Went for a fill all my nails are still sharp to the touch and the one isn't even straight. Debated on going away from where I normally go but a friend told me about this place they just didn't do for me

They do excellent work but they are terrible with scheduling. If you want a “first appointment” on Saturdays be prepared to wait. You will arrive before the workers and end up waiting on them even though you have an appointment and they are supposed to be open. Also, if you have an appointment with a specific person don’t assume that person will be there to actually do your service…they may be on vacation and not returning until the following Monday. I shouldn’t be surprised due to the fact that when they take your appointment they only take your name…no contact info to even use to notify you if there is a change…although I’m pretty confident they wouldn’t do that anyway.

My husband and I went for the first time and had a positive experience. It's a clean and neat salon. Everyone was friendly and I love the way my nails turned out. I immediately scheduled my next 2 appointments.
