Visionworks, Lancaster PA

I spent over 20 minutes on the automated system trying to reach someone a few different times. There hold time is outrages just to speak with someone to get my rx number. The online chat and threw the 1800 werent able to assist me with it, because they weren't able to find it.my information mustve not been put into a file.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. Brought 2 pair of glass from this location and was promised both pair by 8/31/20. One pair was ready by then, and the other one I have not idea if they lost the other pair or if they are just delayed. But this location refuses to pick or their phones, Than, when they finally do they either hang up or never get back to you. I have been calling to the last 2 days, just for an update and have been on the phone both time for, one hour and 19 mins. When I receive my glasses, Which I paid for I will be taking my business else where, sadly after 15 years. Covid is not excuse

No one ever answers the phone. No one is helpful when you go in the store. Even tried contacting the 800# for help and they were absolutely no help and told me to contact the store. Well how can I contact the store when no one answers the phone?

African American gentleman who adjusted my glasses messed up the lenses. He was dismissive and unhelpful. Unprofessional attitude and not friendly. Almost in a rush even though there aren’t many customers. “Crazed” them? The next gentleman who helped me replaced the whole pair of glasses at no cost and apologized. This whole ordeal was just for an adjustment to make them tighter on my face so they don’t slide down. I appreciate the second man who helped me. Very friendly and honest.

NO ONE answers the phone! I tried calling last week as well and NO ONE answers the phone. Waiting 11 minutes now and have talked to NO ONE! I have to use these people with my eye insurance but ignoring your phones is really creating a bad experience already!

Experience was great. I was in and out in no time. Ive never had glasses before so they explained how id feel and everything. Thanks venecia for all your help today

I went in for an eye exam today and was very pleased with the service and customer service from both the doctor and the other help at this location. They have quite a number of frames to choose from. The place was crowded and seem to be doing very good business. The doctor was very friendly and had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend making an appointment. Ask for Venecia Lopez. She's incredible!

The last time I was there, it was very busy because kiddos were off of school for the day. Once Teresa got to me, she spent a good deal of time with me helping to choose my frames and explaining my benefits

Excellent deals on glasses. My husband loves his new glasses and his Buy one get 1 half price sunglasses. The manager Lindsay is an expert in customer satisfaction and making sure her store runs smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Brittany the CL Tech was the absolute BEST! She makes it completely worth the trip to get contacts! She even helped me with my glasses and re-assured me that they looked good! As long as she’s still the CL Tech I will continue to take my business there! Great customer service from her!

Eric was such a sweet heart and so HELPFUL! I appreciate his honesty, his outgoing personality, and wonderful customer service. I will personally be going back asking for him when I need help selecting my glasses again.

No wonder why this place has such bad reviews! Now I know! Their customer service SUCKS especially “Karen” she’s super disrespectful and rude. She pretends that she does not hear me but when I say I’m going to call back she responds with an OK”.
A second after hanging up I call again and she does not pick up my call? Then I try again and nothing? WOW

Vision works is great I love coming here I wouldn't be able to find any other place as great as vision works

Vanessa is abosultly amazing with my son when we go in. The staff is very friendly. I like that its fast. I don't normally spend more then 35 mins for appointment and 15 mins for a fix or pick up.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend Visionworks for your eye care. Very good selection of glasses to choose from.

Exceptional service! Very quick and helpful! Venecia assisted me after my vision test and helped me pick out amazing frames! She is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of products for the lenses and is not pushy at all! For a kid that doesn’t take selfies and is self conscious about what he looks like in public she personally made me feel awesome! 10/10 I will be back as long as vision works keeps hiring amazing employees like Venecia! Thank you!

The store manager is AWESOME

Staff was pleasant to work with, however “Dr. ” Tyler Wright was horrible. He rushed me through the exam because he wanted to get to lunch. I ended up with the wrong prescription which was too strong. I definitely will not go back to this location and do not recommend anybody using this so called doctor.
