Friendly and great communication regarding the process! Great selection of frames available. Accept VSP insurance. I was able to schedule just a couple days in advance. I really appreciated how my tech took the time to teach the tech who was training.

I did see the doctor via telehealth which was new, however, it was very thorough. No different than seeing an in-person doc. The tech made everything run incredibly smooth!

I had an excellent experience at Visionworks. The selection is good and the associate, Theresa, was great to work with.

Staff is friendly and professional. Steve in particular, is very knowledgeable and an EXCELLENT customer service rep.
I think the video doctor thing is pretty cool, the optometrist is very meticulous. She always gives clear insight of my eye health. Ive been a customer for 7 years and never had a bad experience.

I made an appointment and was never told it was going to be an “in office-telehealth” exam. I spoke to a “doctor” from a television and she went over the digital exam some young girl did with me. I asked for a copy of the digital exam and the “doctor” said the staff would give it to me. When I paid for my contacts I asked for my copy of the exam and they told they do not give them to patients. Then they told me to take a seat- they had me wait for half an hour and basically didn’t know how to get rid of me and the staff told me someone would call me and be in contact about my records. Of course, as I figured, no one cared to give me a phone call. You call there and can not speak to anyone and it’s not like they are understaffed at all - they had at least 5 girls working there when I was there. They were just looking for a way to get rid of me- because God forbid I wanted my record of my digital exam that I paid for! Disgusted with this place- the worst! No sense of professionalism nor customer service. Never going back - pretty sure it is illegal to withhold medical records as well so we will see where this goes!

I scheduled my eye doctor apt via the phone system they have.they automatically canceled my apt. I was never notified. Showed up for my apt and they stated they could not see me. I will not return to this office. Poor service.

Not professional at all, because I bing my Kirk glasses that they do for my wife past week and told me that they can’t do it for me because it was sun glasses. I just went to two aditional opticals and they do it for me. They said that it was sun glasses and they’re glasses but they doesn’t have the knowledge or Kirk and Kirk glasses.

Great experience with the need for a remake based on my RX changing based on my specialist searching for the proper solution to a complex problem. Cannot say enough about the staff, Terry and Steve have been very helpful throughout the process.

I highly recommend Vision Works for your eyewear needs. They can address the complex lab challenges, in spite of what your eye doctor may say as he/she presses their practices vision boutique services. A quality price performer with a strong customer service focus. Kudos for your team and services.

Poor customer service glasses were lost during shipping but I was treated like if I was the problem clientele was rude and seemed upset by the situation when I should of been the one bothered, very rude and unproffessional she needs to be fired!
