Visionworks Hershey Square, Hummelstown PA

I have been bring my daughter here for years, showed up for her appointment and some old hag greated us with an attitude, then throw a fit because someone doubled book, and didn't want to do the appointment. When I handed her my daughters insurance card she said that they don't take her insurance funny thing is online it states that they do and I been bringing her every year for 6 years.and her insurance has not changed.if I could give zero stars I would. Please fire that women, she's Always been rude to customers.

Made an appt over a month ago and just got here only to be told they have no doctor and supposedly they called me and I received NO call or email. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t go here or any Visionworks

I have been waiting for my money from a refund for 5 months now. I have been in the store 5 times! And they tell me they have to look into it more and will call me back and they never do. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. They are not interested in their customers. Buyers Beware. Do NOT BUY from them.

According to this stores website and Google, they are open until 6pm on Saturdays. My frames are from the Lancaster store but I am closer to Hummelstown. Arrive around 4: 30 pm and the store is dark, door is locked. Call the phone number. After being on hold for 16 minutes, was told the store should not be closed and all I wanted was to get a screw replaced that came out, and that none of the dollar fix it kits had a match for. Then while being asked to hold again, I was hung up on. I called back. Waited another very long amount of time, and this point wouldn’t have even made it to Lancaster in time to be seen. Someone picks up, then I am hung up on again. I will never be returning to a Vision Works. I thought Lancaster was an issue, it appears to be the company.

Worst staff ever, terrible service! People beware that the staff are unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. They have no knowledge of their products and services and they do not even know how to verify insurance or measure your correct PD. I am completely disappointed and will never ever go there again. It’s unfortunate that I could not give them zero stars because they do not even deserve one star.

Everyone at the Hershey store worked to help me. Dr. Michelle was very careful to make sure that I had the correct prescription for my glasses and contacts. They all took their time and I wasn’t rushed.

I had problems with my prescription and also didn't receive my sunglasses but Cassandra was an immense help! She made sure that my eye exam was redone and that my sunglasses were reordered. I received both pairs of glasses. Thank you, Cassandra!

I was just there with my husband and the guy was waiting on me and left me to wait on a female that rude, and speaking with me an attitude if i could give a zero star I would’ve

The store was busy but the staff did an excellent job with their services. They were very helpful, warm and friendly. They made me feel comfortable. Must say David (if I remember his name) did an excellent job. I will highly recommend them.

Had the new televisit and it was great. Clean store with pleasant staff. I used my insurance and The prices were not that bad either. Recommend

Rude staff, ordered contacts 3 weeks later still waiting. No phone call or updates. Went into the building twice to check on my order I paid for. The staff member Cassandra is super rude. Huffed & puffed at me when I asked her about where my other box of contacts were. The tone in her voice is disrespectful. I'm a new customer & that's how you treat people, unbelievable. I expected better considering this is located in the Hummelstown area. They need to look for better help. People that actually want to take care of the customers, not be rude to them. Also you can never get through the phone lines. Horrible service. Only reason I joined here was because after 20 years my eye doctor finally closed, and I needed a place to go to for my vision. Would not recommend this place at all.

What a cluster! They have no clue what they are doing, totally unprofessional! If you want to wait 3 months for a trial pair of contacts go here. But I SEE no point.
