Poor service.
I tried multiple times to rectify a situation where a banner design was correct in designer but when it was saved and proofed it has shifted words. Customer service said it was design teams issue, design team issue said customer service needed to address. Obviously an issue with the software between the designing process and when it saved to cart but they don't seem to be too interested in fixing the issue. I'll buy a retractable banner elsewhere.

Amazing service and even Amazing products. Had backdrops and banners printed. Everything looks great.
