My sons car was towed here after getting stuck on a flooded street last week. They charged him $200.00 to 'look at it'. It was too expensive to fix so he decided to junk it. Vito's offered him 200.00 for the car. He found someone who offered $810.00 and was supposed to pick up car Monday. Well there was a problem with the title so Tuesday (yes the next day), we were having the car towed to my house. When AAA got there, not only would they not release the car to them but called me and was SO rude and ignorant. Said my son owed then $75.00 For storage for Monday into Tuesday! Then proceeded to berate me insinuating that we were trying to rip them off by having the car moved. They never stated that there would be a charge to keep the car there. So it ended up costing him 275.00 for NOTHING! The car was not even near the garage. It was on an empty lot next to it. DO NOT bring your car here! Unless you want to be ripped off!

Gino gave me an excellent price on towing my vehicle from Philadelphia back to Wilkes-Barre PA half the price all the other guys wanted to charge me A bunch of good guys

Came today to give me an offer on junking a vehicle. Driver came with a rollback told the driver it wouldn't make my driveway but he tried anyway you know being the owner I don't apparently know anything. Ended up ripping up my pavement and getting stuck blocking the road. So I pushed him to get him unstuck then they offer me 100 for my vehicle and even after ripping up my driveway and causing damage that Vito really doesn't care about apparently it's not their problem if they damage your property. Beware of dealing with.

I only put one star they are awful loud rude and by no means offer highest price I would not recommend to my worse enemy stay away

We contacted this company with the expectation that they would come “tomorrow” to toe the my car. Three tomorrow’s passed before they actually showed up on the 4th day. I was quoted $250 for my car in good shape. The car was not in great shape but it certainly wasn’t bad. I was offered $50, and not treated with courtesy when I was surprised by the offer to say the least. I would not recommend this company.

These guys gave me a great price for my junk truck! Came quick, and got it out of here. Will definitely use them again

My husband had to use them today when his truck broke down while out of town for work. They were the provider our Insurance's roadside assistance dispatched. Upon arrival he tells my husband that to tow him 11 miles to Pep Boys will cost him $160, so since our insurance only covers $100 we had to pay $60. I have never worked with a tow company where 11 miles cost $160. To top it off, the driver couldn't give a receipt bc he said he didn't have any. Completely ridiculous.

Rude, arrogant, foul mouth, tried to get me to pay them to take away, have an old chevy, had scrap inback, refused to take. (Arn't they a scrap yard?) Very insulting. Do not bother with them.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car but gino very good customer service very fair will not over charge you!

Called to have my car towed and not only was the person on the phone rude, he asked me if I could wait a few days! And because I said I needed it today, he said, “well since it has to be today, it’s going to be $95. ” Seriously so ignorant. I’d rather push my car home then spend a dime with these guys

Execelent service went above and beyond, stayed late to finish work because car was need for the next day. Would highly recommend them for service on your vehicle.

DO NOT JUNK CARS WITH THEM! They will give you one quote for your car model and when they come to look at it then all of a sudden the model of your car is not wanted as much and cant even remember the car model you talked about with them on the phone a hour ago.what a joke.dishonest people.wouldn't junk with them buy from them or tow

I was in contact with someone on the phone. I was trying to salvage my car i told them i had no title. I faxed him an old insurance card showing ownership. He could of told me no right then. When they finally sent a tow truck driver they actually sent two peope. One was rude and nasty. They was going back and fourth. Cursing while my children was right outside. I had to call the police. The other driver came back around screaming i was selling a car illegally. Unprofessional. Disgusting. The other guy said he lived up the road never in my life saw his truck. Why go through this over a junk car. Im actually gonna donate after this incident.

Called because my car wouldn't start after work. They asked if I could wait until tomorrow. Sure, if I wanted to sleep in my car in Sub-Zero temps.

Gino was really nice and gave me a good price on towing and even fixed my car an gave me a really low price lower than everyoe else that i called when i broke down.definitely saved numbe in my phone an they were fast to come get me

I'm from jersey I'm on i 80 and my tire blows out my spare is shot from the week before. I had no money or a credit card on me and he sed he would take a credit card over the phone. I was in a jam and they helped me out very good personally and professional. I highly recommend Vito's and Gino's

Locked my keys in the car. Very professional and very quick. I recommend these guys to anyone in the area hands down.

Bought 4 tires that i had slow leaks. Took car back and they assesed my tires finding no holes but that my valve steams where bad. Theyvthen replaced them for me so no issues remain very good service friendly enviroment clean garage and overall courteous

Man on the phone promised a quote, pick up day, and time. When we contacted him an hour before his agreed upon time.he told me the value of my car dropped overnight and was now worthless. Extremely rude and sleazy, wish I had listened to the previous reviews. Don't waste your time with this place!
