This was honestly the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever received. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything I did not want! Staff and optometrist were very friendly and I would highly recommend this location!

My doctor was thorough and took time with me. She answered all my questions and I felt she was knowledgeable in her line of work.

The staff was very kind & attentive to our needs. The eye doctor showed compassion & explained everything she was doing. Great team of employees.

The exam was nice. I said some things I was told some things but the eye doctor all the way to the glasses & frame purchase everyone was Professional & Curtious the whole time

Some clarity about costs, and procedures would be beneficial. With how the communication lacked, I believe I would not be a returning customer.

Very satisfied with this eye exam experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Nicole Williams was very thorough in her eye exam, easy to talk with, and explained everything about her findings.

I would have given a 5 star response but my schedule appointment was a little wait. But the eye exams were excellent.

I think this place is very fair and efficient. I like Dr Williams a lot. She seems to enjoy her profession and truly care about others. She answers all your questions and does not rush you.

Everything was done on time and each member of the staff took their time with each patient, showing their professionalism.

This was the hardest and longest experience of any doctor to date. Getting my 5 year old tested the first time took 90 minutes before seeing a doctor and we had to leave without seeing one. Then we rescheduled only to find her previous testing from less than a week before had been discarded and we had to redo everything. Dr. Chaudhary is the only saving grace bc when we left with a new prescription after again an hour of being there, we still didn't have all the info we needed to get new glasses and no one told us the measurements we would need. It's ridiculous that after 2 appointments I still can't order my child glasses she actually likes bc I have to get her pupils measured now despite the ridiculous amount of testing she has already undergone. I loved the doc and am doubtful of returning.
