7What are the two worst things you can say about a tow truck company? They were rude and they left me stranded. I realize that at times things are frantic in this business. But that is no excuse for barking at customers who need service, and there is also no excuse for promising to call back and never doing it. Shame on you folks.

Jose came out to tow my car off the turnpike, showed up quick and got me and my car home safely, a true professional, nice equipment and clean, couldn't be any happier, thanks v&m!
V&M Towing came to my aid when I ran into some car issues on the highway on the 4th of July. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, and was so nice and professional. I was worried that I would be stuck on the side of the road for hours with it being a holiday, but he got me back home in no time and navigated the small Philly streets like a pro! Truly great service.
Excellent service. Receptionist (Tiffany) sorry if I got that wrong, was extremely kind and helpful. Especially considering it was 10: 30pm on a Friday night. They Got there quickly and at a very fair price. Can’t thank you enough.
I got a bad flat last night and couldn’t switch it to the spare on my own and the nicest man came out in less then 15 minutes and changed it for me in no time, will definitely use them again if needed!
