Vocelli Pizza, Mt Lebanon PA

Overall quality has gone down hill. The pizza doesn’t taste the same anymore. I’ve been going to this same location for over 6+ years now and not to mention the cheese tastes weird.

I will never order from you all again! For me to be treated how I did, and to go to the manager, and for the manager to say I’ll talk with the driver! I will never! Your service sucks! I tip you guys all the time and very well must I add!

It is a vocellis. Have had 2 orders now where we went to pick up and was not given our salad. So make sure you check order when picking up.

If a 0 star would be possible, I would be selecting that. Customer service was awful, the online ordering process was not intuitive, and there was a clear rubber hair band in the cheese pizza we ordered. When I called they tried to tell me it was the pepperoni casing, but it was found in a cheese pizza. Absolutely horrible.

Accepted two orders online but never delivered And never contacted to say why. I had to call and ask why my credit card had a pending charge but no food. Oh, that’s right, it’s the nursing home 1 mile down the street that you decide you can’t deliver to anymore but you’ll accept the order and keep the patient waiting. Poor business practice and arrogant for discriminating the sick and elderly.

The other day I went to pick up my order, and while paying the cashier I checked my food, and noticed my order was wrong, so I explain to the cashier that I had ordered toppings on my pizzas, she then becomes irate and tells me its my fault the toppings were not on them so, I showed her my online order and she refused to except the fact that they were wrong. Now it’s close to there closing time, and I'm ready to go so I give them benefit of the doubt and was willing to take my order with the toppings on the side she still refused to give me my toppings even through it was a three topping special. Management eventually gets involved and gives me the pepperoni on the side just for me to go home and realize the pizzas were horrible.

I wanted to order a patient in a nursing home a pizza. With no contact, and they refused to deliver. Terrible service and very disappointing

Amazing pizza my only gripe would be a little more sauce, other than that absolutely amazing pizza.

I like vocelli pizza mostly because it's the closest to my house. The pizza isn't bad but the chickens and onions are kinda dry. But I do love the chicken wings, they are flavored with perfection.

Great crew, and even better food. Delivery drivers always are fast and curtious. Never one compliant
