Vocelli Pizza, Rochester PA

Wanted to try the low carboli.there were no pictures anywhere to show this new item! I got the pepperoni one and it was extremely greasy and they put hardly any cheese in it! Will never buy this again!

I'd like to thank the manager. Last week I ordered a pizza that must've shifted in transit. It arrived unsatisfactory. The manager was super nice and offered to replace on my next one which they followed through and delivered at no charge for the pizza. Very quality customer service and the reason I will continue to order from them.

Wish I got his name but hopefully the higher ups recognize he's running the place well!

I absolutely love Vocelli Pizza! By far the best pizza in my lil area, I live in Monaca, or at least for me personally it is the best pizza. Lately tho ever since the Covid lockdowns and all that mess it seems like I legit can almost NEVER get them to answer the phone to even order!? ! It seems like they're either never open anymore or just purposely don't answer the phones to not take orders lol! Either way tho ever since Covid and all the shutdowns everywhere its been more difficult to get a pie from Vocellis than it's ever been and that definitely sucks on account its by fsr my favorite pizza joint around! Even tried to order right before writing this review lol and being that it is a FRIDAY NIGHT at 8: 00 PM and after 4 TIMES callin in and nobody answering all 4 times is definitely super odd, Vocellis used to be open until 1 AM just about every night except sunday up until good ol' Covid rolled thru and messed everything up‍️! It's definitely SUPER disappointing tho I guess I'll just have to cry myself to sleep tonight and starve, VOCELLIS YOU LET ME DOWN SMDH‍️! LOL

The pizza is good. 1 of the better pies around. New post, still very good pizza! It's a 5 star review!

My favorite location to order from! The staff is always polite and professional. I always order delivery. Most of the time i get the same thing. They never mess my daughters order up (she only wants a cheese pizza with no sauce - most places add sauce). I always get my order in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints! Especially after a recent and horrible experience with a different pizza shop on Sunday. I hope everyone at thia location knows their wonderful customer service skills are noticed and appreciated!

The staff were very friendly. My order was made in a reasonable time. The pizza was very good. The cheeses and pepperoni were a very good amount. The only thing for me is the amount of sauce, almost none. So if your like me you may wanna ask for extra.

Delicious every time! All the food is consistently delicious and the staff are great.

Their delivery is always quick and they do an overall wonderful job!

They dont answer the phone and their website tells us we arent in their service area even though we are 3 blocks away. I have had to spend my money at the less desirable Dominos.

Very good local franchise pizza. My large artisan deluxe pizza had ample meat and veggie toppings and right out if the oven tasted great. Saving a few bucks here doesnt hurt the quality. I like the looks of their specials too.

Their pizza is good, you just gotta be patient with the people making your pizza because they're doing the best that they can. Their pizza is worth a 10+ minute wait.

Pizza always good as it should. Never had any complaints. This day I went was a busy day the Beaver County event. Any busy day your staff is going to be tired and we went at end of night so thank you. We usually do pick up and the inside is cozy for waiting just a smaller waiting area. Keep up the good work for one of my favorite pizza places!

This is pretty easily the best pizza in the area. It's made with thicker crust, sweet tomato-ey sauce, and a good amount of quality cheese. And for whatever reason the most stand-out offering: FRESH MUSHROOMS. I don't know why it's acceptable for pizza places to use canned mushrooms in this area, but Vocelli's is one of the few places that use fresh, and it makes a huge difference.

First time eating here, Ordered a specialty pizza, and it was perfect! Great food! Recommended!

Claim the delivery girl was outside for 10 minutes. 10 minutes with our address!?
Had to pay twice for one order. Apparently the dilivery girl is the owners daughter. Drove to the location after a hour from receiving conformation of delivery and was met with denial. The sad thing is that we order 2 or 3 times a week from them and will no longer do so. They made no effort to amend the situation other than point the finger at the customer. You guys know me. I will no longer be ordering from your location. 458 canal st.

We had originally ordered from domino's they told us 45 minutes.a hour and half later we called and canceled from them they came 2 1/2 hours later even though we canceled.

Called vocelli's was told 45 minutes they were here in 45 minutes. 10/10 would order again

My family loves the pizza from here, after moving from Chicago we had a hard time finding Midwest style pizza. But this is very close!
