Went in asked for ingrown toenails to be cut out, no polish basic pedicure then to just clean up finger cuticles, no polish. $70 later ingrown toenails were not touched and I still have to clean up my nails after I left. I'm assuming they thought I wasn't going to tip so they upcharged and were surprised when I pulled cash out. Now I need to pay again somewhere else to take care of it.

My absolute favorite! They do the prettiest designs and give you EXACTLY what you wanted but better! Best choice i made was getting my nails done here, i’ve never been anything less then ecstatic after getting my nails done here!

Vicky is the best has done my nails for years! My granddaughter get her nails done by Vicky too loves her nail art we both think she is a wonderful person Pat & Jessica

$10 extra for French, $5 extra for MEDIUM length and $5 extra for shape that was supposed to be coffin and looks like a basic square. Ended up paying $75 for basic nails that aren’t even that great because of all the extra add on and they don’t tell you any of it will be extra until after. I’ve paid $50 for this exact look but even better because the other tech actually did the coffin shape right. Never going back waste of money.

So I have been to this salon a number of times normally for a regular mani and pedi which they never seems happy about. However my last time I got a full set I was hoping for a better experience. It was not good my shape is all over the place nails aren't the same length. I was also charged $25 for chrome which I was not told is an extra $25. I gave them 2 times to make it right I expressed to the man that did my nails that I hardly have a thumb nail at all and they aren't the same size nor shape and he took me back to the table and asked which ones instead of looking for himself. I asked for the manager she was outside. I asked her to look at my nails and that they are NOTHING like any of the pictures on the internet. They're uneven and not quality work. She tried to convince me that they look fine and that he should have told me chrome was $25 extra dollars. So save my receipt and I will get 10% off next time. That rubbed me so wrong bc I am sure had one of the girls did my full set that they post all over IG they wouldn't look anything like my nails do! My toe polish is cakey it is mediocre at BEST. I never felt valued nor wanted at the shop its turn them and burn them everytime I have been in! I live in Quarryville so it's so convenient however I am unsatisfied for the very last time! I will NEVER BE BACK NOT EVEN FOR MY LITTLE 10% OFF. There is away to conduct business and treat customers regardless of the service they're getting. I wish I could post a picture bc I would!

I always have an incredible experience when I get my nails done at VS! Kayleigh does anything I ask for and usually improves on any idea I bring her! At tonight’s appointment she had battery operated tools ready to go while we sat through severe thunderstorms! The preparation and care in that alone is unmatched!

Absolutely favorite place to go, they never cease to surprise me. (I recommend Kayleigh the most). <3

Very disappointed with my service. I got a basic pedicure and it took nearly an hour and half to complete and that was only because i had to walk up multiple occasions just to ask if they were done.the lady who was doing my nails left me at the dryer and didn’t come back for 25 minutes so i asked where she went and someone else had to do my nails. I’m not happy with how long this took and even the nails themselves.they told me at the end i had to wait there for them to dry even though they were long dryed. Disappointed considering i always come here to get my nails done.

Was a little busy for mother's day and we were walk-ins so we did have a little wait but it wasn't terrible. Came in with 3 other people and we all had a really good experience.

I have been using VS for a year now. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
It's super clean, everyone is nice. They always go above & beyond! When I leave, I'm always thrilled with my service. I highly recommend VS Nails!

I went last week to get my nails filled in & a color change on my toe nails for Easter. I wasn't very happy with their service. My appointment was scheduled at 5: 30pm with a closing time of 7pm. As I was sitting there getting my nails done the other employees were starting to clean up an hour early. I felt like I was being rushed out so that they could leave early. The paint on my nails are lumpy & didn't have time to dry. I will not be using their service again. I paid over 100$ not including tip. I would not recommend them to anyone

My best friend has been going to Vicky for years, and I finally went to the salon with her. Vance did this set, and I couldn’t be happier! He took his time to make every nail the perfect shape and every design flawless. Another women did my toes and did SUCH a good job. I will 10/10 be going back!

I have been going to VS Nails for 1.5-2 years now, and have never had a bad experience! I typically schedule with Vicky, but have been seen by most staff at VS Nails, and have always been extremely satisfied with the end result. I routinely get lashes and nails done every two weeks with Vicky. All staff, especially Vicky, are helpful, extremely respectful and so friendly, they ensure all experiences are a great experience. 10/10 recommend scheduling with Vicky or any of her staff at VS Nails!
