Terrible experience. Dr. Seung Hee Hong was condescending and rude. She doesn’t seem credible or trustworthy.

I registered online, got there on time, was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. The whole process was seamless which is great!

Not another soul in the waiting room. I was seen within 3 minutes of my appointment window. Plenty of street parking in the area, but be prepared to pay the meter. Good, easy experience.

Went in for a rapid Covid test so not really much. I repeated multiple times that I have a hearing loss but neither person I spoke to seemed to acknowledge this. They didn’t speak louder or adjust in any way. I tried to repeat back information to confirm I heard correctly but they appeared confused why I was doing this. After the test the person walked out of the room saying something but I couldn’t hear so I just assumed that was all and left. Please take a moment to listen to patients when they come in (even for something so fast).

This was the best urgent care experience of my life. Online sign in before I got there, almost no wait time, helpful knowledgeable staff. I can't say enough how great this was. Howard did my intake work and was incredible!

I came to this location to receive a flu shot and it was not only a clean environment, the treatment was top notch. I highly recommend.

I went to urgent care for pain in my shoulder and they are so nice! Star was so amazing by making me feel comfortable.she was so pleasant. She is a star.

Waste of time if you need a DOT Physical done, please go elsewhere. They are really not that knowledgeable of what needs to be done and not done as a protocol. There’s one person that has somewhat of an idea of what’s need, but if not.they’ll be asking you when they should already know the answers. 4 hours is way too much time to be getting nothing done ‍️

This was a very positive experience. Everyone was very nice, friendly, efficient, and helpful. My care was top rate. This service is truly a blessing in an emergency!

Long wait time, but worth the wait- Physcian was nice and super knowledgeable- she offered advice on how to deal with the chronic illness that was flared up by the illness that brought me in today.

Super clean facility and super friendly staff!

I went here on a recommendation from a friend and was so pleased with the care I received. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional, and most importantly, very trans-competent. It was so great not to have to worry about my care being compromised when I was there for something completely unrelated to being trans. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

This location is clean and welcoming. The wait isn’t terribly long and the PAs are kind! The receptionist was also welcoming, she answered all of my questions! Oh and the rooms play soothing background sounds (waves, rain etc.)

I wish they were up front in letting me know that wouldn't be able to do anything about my uti. Sending things to lab takes a few days, so what am I'm going to do about my symptoms now? Waist of time and money

They were very efficient, patient, and put my mind at ease over a stressful situation. They also communicated very well and helped me with the care I needed, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

The lovely women working today 9-14-19 helped calm our singers worries. She woke up unable to talk, and the team here immediately helped to ease her mind with helpful tests, prescriptions, and friendly conversation. The place is beautiful, clean and has a nice reception room.

Howard, Kirby, and the boss (I’m sorry I couldn’t remember her name) made my first experience a great one! Thanx again guys if I ever need urgent care again I know where I’m coming.

Dr snow Horrible I guess they get a lot ppl that seek drugs. Sterotype very much will never return to this place I wouldn’t give this place one star other staff was ok

Everyone I spoke to wasn't extremely pleasant and concerned about my well being. I felt genuinely cared for.
