EZ to make appt on line.
Pleasant staff.
Took me as soon as i arrived which was earlier than my appt.
Doc explained everything simply.
Id go back for sure.

The staff were very pleasant and efficient. I had a Rapid COVID test and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Very simple to book a test.came in, paid at the front desk.waited 5 minutes and was called in.
I’ll receive results by email in my portal. The place is clean and observes all COVID regulations.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The Medical Assistant was nice and the doctor was very clear with answering all the questions and concerns I had. Thank you.

I was seen right away. Check-in was very easy.
My criticism is that the patient portal login they provided was inaccurate. I had to search through emails from last fall to find the portal address from when I set up my account. It would be helpful if they provided a card or something with the accurate url for a returning client.

Everybody was so helpful at the front desk even the doctor I enjoy going there and I've all recommend people to go also

Howard and team were amazing. Quick, informative, and comforting. Howard made me at ease instantly. Highly recommended!

Very clean and friendly place. I have been here a few times now and it's been about as quick and pleasant an experience as you can have when you're sick and you feel like garbage.

This facility was a class act from the moment my son and I walked through the doors. It was clean and bright and the nurses / medical employees were really helpful and accommodating. The nurse and the Dr.we’re awesome with our 1 year old, and I would truly recommend this place.

Vybe is hands down the best urgent care ever. The staff treat you as though you’re in a small-town primary care center, and the service and diagnosis went quickly. Henry and Jamie were extremely friendly and efficient! First time at Vybe, and I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different urgent care again.

Howard and the crew took great care of me! I will not hesitate to go back the next time I do something stupid and cut open my face.

We’re new to the city and hadn’t yet established a primary physician. Vybe is literally next door to our apartment.
I was concerned about some post injury swelling. I was greeted by warm staff. Howard, the EMT who did the intake, was thoughtful, friendly and quite thorough. The doctor was also thorough, as well as patient. She provided me a list of local physicians too! An overall positive experience!
