They have the worst customer service. The first time I visited they told me I would get 30% off my order. That was not the case because the items I wanted to purchase were on sale so the first time 30% deal they offer didn't apply to me. Very misleading and I will take my business elsewhere

I ordered a strain online to reserve it only to wait 50 minutes to find out they didn’t have it! I thought this was supposed to be medicine! Then I was forced to buy something else. NOT EVER COMING BACK HERE EVER.

I have recently shopped there and bought several of the revel carts and the 24k gold by burst. Now my issue is the revel carts have all untwisted and started to leak! I threw away the packaging so i didnt think I could return them. However, after I noticed the same issue after the 3rd cart. I had to leave a review hoping for some help or a response.

Was going to this dispensary because they usually have good prices on their products. However, I ordered on their online system, which was to be picked up the next day for the quoted price. Overnight, the price changed, and they refused to honor my order for the quoted price on the online system.

Just know that before purchasing here consumers.not a good business motto to change the price after the order is placed

I love this place (most of the time) and its typicall the one and only place I will give my business to. They have excellent prices, FAR better than any of the others around, and they have good customer service. Ive had a couple issues with my orders but they corrected it after few times. Still best prices around.

The website has gotten worse and worse and now its finally hardly even useable. Not only can you NOT sort or search by terpenes (which is the WHOLE ENTIRE POINT of medical marijuana but whatever), but you cant press the back button without it taking you out of the website completely. Their new website (presumably recent) is worse than its ever been for mobile users. GOOD LUCK. If they want more business, they should make the mobile version of their website ACTUALLY WORK. Its like they don't even know 90% of their clientelle doesnt even OWN a computer. Talk about not thinking things thru

This is by far best dispensary you will go to. Nothing but incredible people who are passionate about their customers and products. Hands down the best quality and experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so knowledgeable and very friendly. Kat always seems to have the best answers to any questions that I have about what I ordered. Not to mention, their point system is the best around. I suggest trying this place for any and all needs!

4 stars until web presence is fixed. Website does NOT work properly. Otherwise the selection is comparable to every other dispensary. I would say this is a median range dispensary.

Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Prep and pick up is quick and efficient. Product offerings are the best!

I was greeted by Carl and Anthony who made me feel comfortable while also informing me on the procedures and policies of the establishment. Afterwards, Morgan assisted me in ringing up my order with a smile and positive attitude. Solid experience for sure:)
