Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, Malvern PA

We boarded our 8 month old puppy last weekend for 2 nights. The facility is clean, the staff is super friendly and they have options for every pet and budget. Our dog didn't even want to leave when we came to pick him up which is a testament to the people and programs. In fact he was so well exercised that our overly energetic pup snoozed for the rest of the day and the day after! We were more than happy with our experience and I'm sure we will be back in the future.

The best place for boarding and grooming. Worth every penny spent. Pets are cared for lovingly. I love Wagsworth. Everyone is professional from front desk on.

I just started using Wagsworth Manor for Doggie Daycare, and my dogs absolutely love it! They come home happy and tired.
My two pups frequented daycare in Philly pre-pandemic, as I would drop them off on my way to work. Now that I'm working from home, they were missing out on socialization and all the fun stuff that comes with a day at daycare. All the staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful every time I call with a question or to make an appointment. I loved the report cards I got on their first day as well. My only suggestion would be to post more photos on social media throughout the day (our daycare in Philly did this) and it was a nice way for me to see what they are up to during the day!

This was our first time boarding our 3 dogs. They stayed at Wagsworth for 1 week. When we picked them up today they seemed happy, calm and healthy. I’m not sure they wanted to come home. LOL. We will definitely be using Wagsworth again.

We are usually customers of the Great Valley Pet Hotel and have switched to Wagsworth Manor. The staff continues to be wonderful, caring, and the communication about my dog's stay was wonderful.

Wagsworth Manor is the best! They really know my dog and he enjoys his stay every time! He walks down the hall and people know him by name and greet him; when we ask for updates while on vacation they give us thorough information and make us feel so secure that he is being taken care of and actually loved while we are away! This place was simply amazing awesome polite and welcoming staff who went above and beyond for me to accommodate me and my cat Smokie for the holidays. It was truly a delight to be able to go away for the holidays and not have to worry about my cat’s wellbeing as she was in very capable hands. Pick up and drop off went seamless. And they even gave me a pet report card that let me know what, when, and how she was, what she ate, and her moods. It was a awesome experience and if allowed we will return for every time we would need them I highly recommend them to anyone.

Awful experience boarding here. Our dog got into something and became very sick upon pickup - which is understandable, and I'm sure happens every once in a while at most places. What is unacceptable and will keep us away is that, despite the premium paid to board here over other places, Wagsworth is refusing to attempt even a small effort to make things right when things go wrong. So if you're faced with more $$$ in emergency vet visits, carpet cleanings, and sleepless nights up with a sick dog; don't waste your time giving them a call.

This is the only place we have ever left our dog. From the time he was 9 months to now at 10 years, he has always received excellent care and a chance to play and have fun. When he has had meds to take, they have been most accommodating. He comes home happy, fresh and clean. He usually plops right in bed - he’s tired from all his activities. We are secure knowing he is in competent, caring hands and never worry when we travel. When I first started looking for a place to board him, I showed up unannounced at Wags and asked if they would show me around. They did not hesitate and did not leave any area out of the tour. After that, there never was a question. It is the only place I will leave my dog.

I would highly recommend Wagsworth Manor for your pet needs. We board our dog Elsie every time we go away on vacation and she is so excited to go that she pulls us to the front door. She gets recognized by staff when she arrives and happily wags her tail in return. Everyone is super friendly and professional during drop off and pick up.

My dogs love the daycare, overnights and training classes. Staff is professional, friendly and genuinely love all their furry guests.

I’ve used Wags’ day camp, boarding as well as puppy play sessions for my puppy and have had a great experience every time. The staff are very friendly, responsive and care about the dogs.

Madison the groomer did exactly what I asked her too. My dog Loulou looked fantastic. Wagsworth is a cut above rest!

I would send JoJo here again, he seemed very Happy and he told me he had a Great time. I am glad I chose this place for him.

Great first visit for our beloved pet. This is a first class operation. We were warmly and quickly greeted and our pet was well taken care of during a holiday week.

I brought my dog for boarding. I warned the team at Wagsworth Manor that Lucy has high anxiety and is a nervous nelly. We walked in and right away I noticed a difference in Lucy.
She was comfortable letting the staff pet her and went with them without hesitation. Lucy’s report card was (which I never got from other places) was great she was cuddly and restful. To name a few. We will be bringing Lucy to Wagsworth Manor for all of our boarding needs.

This was my first time boarding my dog and I was a bit nervous. They provided a report card and made sure I felt comfortable leaving my pup! Place is clean and well accommodating for all furry friends!

First time over night anywhere other than grandmas, we had to find a supreme quality stay because we were having fun having our wedding and felt guilty! Zara was thrilled and exhausted at pick up, got her 5 hours after I told them I would be there, with the deluge of relatives in town. Was never bothered during the interim. We got a report card which indicated that they actually knew Zara (selective eater etc.) just very impressed overall will use in the future, would recommend.

Our dog loved swimming in their indoor pool. The staff was very accommodating. First I was late and then didn’t remember the right vaccination records. Without any questions the staff help me sort out the situation, making sure our puppy had a good time. We will be returning!

My experience here was very positive. The staff was nice and facility very clean. I liked the opportunity for play time but also individual rooms.
