Ronald answered the phone when I called to be connected to fedex. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes each time the phone call going back to Ronald. The last time when it reconnected he got smart like he was irritated, like he was the one waiting on the phone for 15 mins! Poor customer service!

I just called to speak with fed ex customer service and the service or should I say lack of customer service is T R A S H. I just called today to ask about a package that’s supposed to be delivered there over 5 days ago. This woman cuts me off repeatedly to tell me she can’t tell me nothing can be told over the phone.
I have my tracking number I just want to know if it’s been delivered she says she cannot tell me anything over the phone I have to come in. I repeated and said sooo you cannot tell me if my package is there? She said no you have to come in.

I just disconnected the phone because he nonchalant attitude with cutting me off to repeatedly tell me she can’t tell me anything was grating on my nerves and I didn’t wanna be mean and ask for a supervisor so.

Smh.

The store is clean and has a good selection of stuff. However, some employees are inadequate, to say the least. One employer rings things up wrong, he did it to my stuff and two other people while I was there. Had to go back and get money back because he overcharged me and tried to say I was wrong when I mentioned it. When I spoke to the manager, she also tried to say I was wrong until I took her over to the section of the store that had a sign with the deal listed. Only then did she realize she was actually wrong and gave me the refund of my money that was overcharged. If you’re going to work here, you should know the deals. I do lots of couponing and seem to know the deals and sales better than the manager at this place. The whole experience was just irritating.

Just wanted to say thank you to the girls Working in the pharmacy department for all their help!

Already couple months they have unacceptable customer service. Waiting time for checkout nearly 25-30min for 3-4 customers.

I have only been to this location 3 times. 2 of the 3 times my cashier has been Ronald. He is always polite and friendly and seems to enjoy his job. The other cashier was a young female who was also nice.

Pharmacy is okay, I've never had problems with them, at least not yet. On the other hand, it's rare if a Cashier up front near the entrance greets you while they are ringing you up.

Someone have to teach The cashier to say hi and thank you. That’s the basics of customer service. The young kid needs more training.
