Machines behind register down and instead of having signs on door or by register there is nothing.

Set up an appointment over the phone to get a Covid vaccine. When I arrived they made me sign a form waiving all rights to seek damages in the event I have an adverse reaction. This was not explained to me when I set up the appointment.

While I agree vaccines are safe I do not feel reassured they are safe if I'm forced to sign a form saying I can't seek damages if I am injuried.

Always great service at this store. Courtney is always happy and bubbly. She always has a quick conversation to makes it feel more personal. Thank you!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was forced to switch to Walgreens for prescriptions because of our health insurance. I have filled prescriptions here at least a dozen times and have never once had a good experience. I’ve had to wait for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions to get a prescription that had already been called in. My son has a primary and secondary insurance, which they had on file, yet every time it was an issue. The staff was never kind always gave me a hard time. I never have experienced anything like this at any other pharmacy I have used. I just went there now and their drive-through window says that it’s “down”. I have young kids with me and will not struggle inside with them while I wait the 30 minutes it will inevitably take me to retrieve our prescription. I tried calling them but of course, no answer. I have never experienced such incompetence and complete lack of customer service. I will never use Walgreens again.

Over the past year or so, consistent problems with pharmacy. Not checking into things further. Back and forth confusion. It's ready, then it's not ready. Not sure what the change has been. Switching soon, can't deal with them anymore.

So I went there tonight and purchased bunch of stuff including one gallon whole milk. The bags are so thin and the associate was rushing to take the next customer in line and she refused to double bag the milk. I had my stuff in the shopping card to carry them to my car with and after I drove home and tried to carry the milk, the bag broke in the middle of the parking lot spreading everywhere on the ground.

I called this pharmacy and explained the situation to the manager. She said she’d able to help and made me drive to their location again and then said she’s not able to help.

My time, my gas, and my baby was effected tonight. Why she didn’t say that in the first place and why she couldn’t help is so messed up smh Walgreens. You should do better lol

Slowest working human beings I’ve encountered. I only have it an extra star because the kid could at least count the change.

Will exclude you from discounts if you don't check. Most cashiers at this location are young and have a hard time doing simple math.

UPDATE FROM 1 STAR: Although most employees at this location are inexperienced, there is a manager who runs shifts better than others. Matt is always going out of his way to help customers whether it's been myself or other patrons in the store. He changed my opinion of this store and is the only reason I still use this location. He goes above and beyond and it reflects on the other employees on shift. Great job!

Even though this location isnt open 24 hours its the best of the 3 local walgreens to shop at. Everyone is helpful and the shelves are always stocked.

Worst service, had to wait for my online photo order. Even then they didn't get the order right. Never again, bye bye Walgreens: (

Great pharmacy. I moved about 20 minutes away, but I'll still get medication here. Pharmacy staff is excellent!
