Drug Store Walgreens reviews
8My package is ready for pick up from Fed ex they’re holding my package and lying at it. This is after I called corporate. I will be calling again! Very unprofessional
If i could leave a zero i would.i am a travel nurse taking care of veterans in new england and attempted to refill a script while on my drive back from tennessee.i pay for this medication out of pocket and was humiliated, insulted and called a liar by the male staff member behind the counter when i told him i do not use insurance to fill this medication, which he then demanded to know my carrier.i have been a loyal customer for 15 years and have never experienced such disrespect.i took my script to the CVS down the street and was greeted with a smile and no hassle.as a member of the healthcare community, it is such a slap in the face to encounter this level of disservice to patient population.thank you for reading, good day.
*update*
The CVS across the bridge (Brown Hill) filled my medication promptly with a smile AND the total was $100 cheaper than walgreens.
Truly the greatest Walgreens experience i've ever had. The dark haired female pharmacy tech was extremely helpful and the most beautiful person i've ever seen.
Thank you so much to the staff of this Walgreens. I needed help getting a pulse oximeter to my grandmother and Patrick and Kira graciously helped me over the phone and helped fulfill my online order. They went above and beyond, and it is much appreciated.
Disabled. With pneumonia, lazy pharmacist named Amy refused to attempt to look up my insurance because I didn't have the card with me. Not to mention extremely rude and condescending
I dropped off a prescription for my daughter and was told that I had to wait a day to pick it up which was fine. The lady said she took our insurance and everything was good. Today my husband went to pick up the prescription and a different pharmacist told him they do not take our insurance then just walked away. He didnt tell my husband how much it would be out of pocket either. Now I have to get the prescription moved somewhere else and wait even longer for my daughter to get her medicine. This is ridiculous if I would have known in the first place then I would have taken it to get filled somewhere else. Terrible pharmacy who needs to get all their pharmacist on the same page.
The people are great & As for the others? I just love them all cause I know that they care about me & others as well.
I absolutely adore the pharmacists here, especially Andy and Jackilyn. I was heartbroken when Walgreens and Express Scripts were at odds and I was unable to get my family's medications filled there. They are warm, personable, intelligent, and empathetic. THESE are the qualities needed in an effective pharmacist. I trust them with my family's well being. That says enough.
