The appointment was on time. To get my Equinox an oil change and checked while waiting was great! Did not take long for the service personal to get done.
The staff was wonderful, especially since we had to bring our small child in with us. Chuck helped us from start to finish and answered all our questions. He was even excellent over the course of the next few days when we mistakenly forgot a few items in our trade-in and with communication on the floor mats when they came in.
Everyone I came into contact with was welcoming, knowledgeable, and not once did I feel pressured. My salesperson, John Wisinski, was very helpful and engaging. I would definitely recommend him/Walker Bros.
I dropped my car off early, they called when it was ready. I picked it up on my way home. I am assuming all service was performed.
If I could give no stars, I would. The service department has terrible customer service and the employees are very rude.

I recommend the dealership often, even though there are a couple dealerships a lot closer to where I live. The customer service is worth the drive.
Everything was easy. From searching for vehicles we wanted, to the timing of them being delivered and papers being signed it was a breeze.
My encounter with Walker bros dealership was nothing short of a nightmare, even though I didn't end up purchasing a car from them. Their dishonesty about the car's condition was truly appalling. The way Walkerbrothers lied about the car's condition was utterly shocking, and it's clear they prioritize making a sale over their customers' trust and satisfaction. I wouldn't wish this dreadful experience on anyone, so I strongly advise steering clear of Walkerbrothers dealership at all costs! Look elsewhere for a reputable dealership that values honesty and integrity.

We were treated with respect and courtesy. We had ordered the Bolt back in February, but it came in in June. We were not charged a deposit since we have a good working relationship with the dealership and bought our two previous Volts there. I hope GM stays committed to e-vehicle sales.
Salesman Bob Lane was amazing! Very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. All of this while be personable and genuine. We never thought signing paperwork for loans could be an enjoyable experience but she was a joy!
I take my 15-year-old Pontiac to Walker Brothers for service. If you want 3 generations of hospitality and excellent customer service, call Walker Brothers now! You pull your vehicle directly into the service bay and have several very nice waiting areas. Accommodations such as coffee, teas, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, TV, snack/drink machines, and clean bathrooms. I was also pleasantly surprised that the invoice was exceptionally lower than I anticipated, to the point where I asked them to double check the bill because I thought they missed something it was too low!
They took excellent care of me and my car. I went in with codes being pulled and they looked to see why and tightened my hand controls that were pushing sensors out of home causing the codes to be thrown and cleared all
Service department is top notch, even though we weren't able to get a truck there during covid they have glad to do anything to help
Every aspect of our experience was outstanding, from the initial contact with Chuck, who was very helpful and responsive, through having our trade evaluated remotely and coordinating with our credit union to ensure all of the paperwork was in order. And the folks there made picking up our car one of the quickest and smoothest experiences we've ever had. Everything was perfect - the paperwork was ready to go, the car was ready to go, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
