3The technician was an absolute delight. He says he's being doing this his whole life and it really shows. He's full of knowledge and very happy to share, so I actually learnt a lot during his visit. He's a really friendly and warm person, and thankfully really good at his job.
They did a good job, were able to send someone within 24 hours of my call for a non-emergency repair (clearing slow drains), and have decent rates for service. The plumber they sent, was thorough and willing to answer my questions. When we decided a new part needed to be put in on site during the job, he went right out then to Home Depot and got it. I would use this company again.
I recently got an old sink in my bathroom removed and replaced with a new one by them. The plumber was punctual and professional; he made sure to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. On top of that he did a great job with the new sink! I would definitely use this company in the future.
