Wallace Towing & Repair

My son was in Cranberry this past weekend, and his car slid on the icy roads hitting the curb and needed to be towed. He lives in Erie, I live in Clearfield, we checked with the body shop and they said their guy was booked out for days. We called Wallace they were awesome. Quick response, friendly, courteous, and took care loading and unloading the damaged RS3. I would highly recommend these guys.

I am so grateful for Wallace T&R. Last night, my E brake failed and my car rolled down the driveway, across the busy street in front of our house and over the embankment on the opposite side of the road. This embankment is apprx 50 feet of steep incline into a residential neighborhood. A small tree trunk was all that was holding up my car and keeping it from rolling backwards into the neighborhood below. The police could not do much. I was so scared. Tow companies were either closed or could not arrive for 2+ hours. I called Wallace and they made it in 45 minutes. George pulled my car out without a scratch and I drove it to work this morning. They charged me an extremely fair price and wished me a Merry Christmas. These are GOOD people doing GOOD things. Someone or something could have been seriously hurt, but George saved the day and gave back my peace of mind. I cant thank them enough!

My truck would not start after making it to my delivery. Called wallace towing and they were on sight within 30 mins. The tow truck guy was very thoughtful and careful with his work. If you're ever in the cranberry township area in PA and needs a tow, wallace towing is the way to go for a fast and reliable response.

Great place! I dropped my keys off in the morning for an inspection & by the time I was done at work 3pm I picked it up with no issues. Fair and reasonable prices & respectful people.

Super-nice and great service! My old Subaru was overheating on a Sunday (Nov. 6,2022) several hours from home.
Fortunately, I'd pulled off at the Zelienople exit - owner, John Wallace, was driving by and offered to take a look. He diagnosed the problem right there (visible leak in metal radiator hose) and said the mechanic could work on it first thing Monday morning.
The Wallace mechanic got my car fixed by noon on Monday, and at a reasonable price. Thank you, John, Barbara and Sondra! (and the mechanic - I don't know that person's name.)

This is in response to the answer from Wallace towing. I understand when my daughter was stranded on the side of the road she ok’d an outrageous tow bill since she was not familiar with appropriate pricing. You are right but I hope that businesses would not take advantage of this situation. If you have a daughter or loved one I’m sure you would hope that they would be treated fairly in similar situations.

John, the owner of this towing service company, went out of his way to take me from PA to VA. I can’t thank you enough. He keeps his word “I’ll be there”
