WallyPark Airport Parking (PHL)

Just got dropped off at the airport by Tim. What a great guy - positive attitude and really helpful. Highly recommend!

They were friendly and professional. They picked us up immediately at our car so we didn’t have to walk to the front and wait. The drive to the airport was quick and the bus was clean. They also give you the ability to tip using Venmo which was convenient. They have an app that you download so when you get back from your trip you are able to text them to let the drivers know where and when to pick you up.

I have been parking at WallyPark in Philadelphia for years and I would never go anywhere else! The drivers are friendly, help with your bags, are very professional, and they get you to the airport fast! Their driver Badr is the absolute best. They also are fast to pick you up when you return, using their text option to alert them you have returned is the best way to reach them!

I have used this service number of times, and generally am happy with the ease of setting up a reservation online, and the speed of service from the lot to the PHL terminal. The last several times, however, pickup at the terminal has been very slow, 25 minutes or more. They need to do a better job at this, or I’ll start going elsewhere.

Very late arrival at airport, but they came quickly and found someone to help with our payment issues. Great service and fair price.

My brother and I are both unaccompanied minors and we were very scared about traveling. James made us feel comfortable and reassured us. 10/10 experience! Thank you James!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked for 4 days 4: 30 pm to 4: 30 pm. I prepaid for all 4 days online so I assumed that I was all set. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car and tried to leave at 3 pm, the gate wouldn’t open despite me scanning my QR code. I went over to the attendant and asked for help opening the gate. Instead of trying to help, he yelled and berated me for trying to leave before 4: 30. He tried to claim that unless I left at exactly 4: 30, there was no way for the gate to open. He said I will have to sit at the gate for 1.5 hours until it was my designated time to leave. I told him that’s ridiculous and not how parking lots work, especially since I prepaid for the full 4 days already and should be able to leave whenever I want. The attendant got even more angry when I questioned him and said that all the parking lots at the airport work this way (which is 100% false). He yelled at me again and said there was simply nothing he could do - I would have to wait my 1.5 hours. Finally after enough back and forth, he brought over somebody from the other lot who simply pressed the button and let me out of the lot. There are a lot of parking options at PHL and I most certainly will never choose Wally Park again. The attendant was one of the rudest, most unpleasant people I’ve ever met.

I was totally impressed with this airport parking company. You text them when you land back in Philly, and they come right to your terminal to pick you up and then drop you off right at your car. 10/10 will be parking with them again.

I'm 90% sure that I used this location last time I travelled, great customer service with fast and easy reservations, you get to take a calm and quiet shuttle to the airport and back.

Ride to airport the van broke down we had to haul our luggage and walk to terminal F from A. On way home we waited 20 minutes for pickup.first and last time we will ever use this service. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Sometimes they come in handy, sometimes you end up wasting more time. Just waited in the cold 30 minutes outside for them to pick me up and one of the drivers literally drove right by, not stopping at all. I was standing in the designated pick up area, mind you. And also depending on the driver sometimes they don't help you with your bags at all, which is a bit irritating when you have a tip ready but they just open the door and stare at you. Also one time when I arrived they didn't notice me come in, so I was awkwardly waiting outside in my car in pouring rain. And they don't answer their phone either.

Very convenient being close to the airport and our shuttle driver James was so helpful and polite.

Great, convenient service. Driver Drew has been there for a while and provides consistently great service. Micom, another driver, does a great job as well.

Please don’t waste your time or money. The manager Kierra is horrible. Our flight was cancelled due to the storm that hit ohilly and instead of honoring a refund she offers a credit. We don’t reside in Philadelphia so this won’t be useful. Any business that does this especially now is not worthy of customers that keep them in business. They give you the run around and don’t give receipts out. Be least! The SPOT has amazing customer service and your car is safe! Go elsewhere.

I read recent reviews on this place and lots were a one star. But let me tell you Tim one of the drivers was absolutely amazing.i pulled into the parking and right away he came over and helped me get into the shuttle! Definitely made me want to leave a good review for him. Thanks tim
