Walmart, Bethlehem PA

This Walmart is much further from me (& smaller) than the Whitehall store but I prefer this Walmart. I’m able to find (almost) everything I need, staff is friendly but best of all I’m not followed down every aisle by security while I’m trying to shop. I love shopping at Walmart, I’ve spent thousands of $$$ since moving here last year but I don’t like being watched/followed down every aisle. I feel comfortable shopping at this location unlike the Whitehall Walmart.

This is one of the worse Walmarts in the area. It's smaller, and less well staffed than other area stores, which means it's difficult to get help. Returning items can be a pain, and I've been told more than once to "go to another walmart, we can't accept returns today. " It's always super busy, too, which makes shopping here a chore.

I was there last week searching for furniture an older women Glenda was assisting me was very rude didn't seem to care about her job at the store in general horrible experience would not recommend this location if she is working not just me I noticed she was very nasty and bitter to other employees as well not a good look Walmart.

No one answered the phone for curb side pick up. Handicapped and had to walk in and stand in long line for prescription.

Very frustrated. One check out line at 8: 30a. Must use Self Scan. I was purchasing a Gift card as a Christmas gift. It wouldn't work, even for the helper. She was nice enough to go get another one but it was a birthday pattern, not holiday. Not a fun start to the day

I will say this, This particular walmart has added a considerable number of new associates who are cheerful, helpful, polite and are great addition!

Phenomenal customer service. The entire staff team was super helpful and friendly.

My first day in Bethlehem and I'm loving it.

Nice place other than I would not recommend for people to buy electronics but they got good prices one thing that I can say reason what I said do not trust electronics I have purchased I purchase 4 flat screen TV how to go back few times in order to get the right working TV also friends of mine went through the same thing so be very careful what electronics you bye.

Good selection of items but does not have a produce section. Customer service is not up to par, woman at customer service was extremely rude all because she was annoyed she had a line. Well thanks but no thanks.

This Walmart at least the employees knew their job description and actually had some knowledge of the products that they are selling

I used this store for In store shopping for years, clean and orderly, but lately but online and love the fact that that there's free shipping, and have third party vendors that have what you want and Walmart respects the free shipping also, over 35.00, great delivery no problems!

Price on website differed from the price in the store substantially. When I went to Customer Service they couldn't help me because their computers were not working so I left after a wasted trip.

This Walmart is not a super center but it is clean, customer service and the staff are very courteous polite and helpful and they offer a wide variety of items at very good prices highly recommend Walmart on Nazareth Pike.

We had to wait for a customer associate to help us. They were short staffed. Our customer associate was awesome. She helped us out a great deal. Did not rush us.

They don't price match they don't answer their phones they don't cash my payroll checks. There shelves are empty and prices are high

Always something not in stock or not on shelf when I go. Idk If they need to stock the isles better or order more products especially in animal/pet section for example aquarium stuff or cat & dog supplies.
