All the patrons were properly masked up, but I saw 5 employees who did not have their noses covered.

Ever hear of People of Walmart dot com? Well I sure had and then I went and was one of them but then I left and wasn’t one until I went back. Now how about them apples. I bought apples and an apple smell candle. Guess which one I ate? ! Hahahahahaha hehehehehe heeheehee. You all know me!

Clothing is reasonable. Food items are a good variety.
Need more cashiers on weekends. Long wait in line.

Out of all the Walmart locations around they have the best one. Grated they don't have the full grocery department but things are always clean including bathrooms and shelves. The staff is nice so you can tell the managers there obviously treat their team better. Never had a bad experience here!

It's 10: 00pm on DEC 7th - 16 more days for Christmas shopping. The store is fairly busy. There's one (1) open register & the line is at least a dozen. The Customer Service desk is closed & so are the self-checkout lines. If this was some randon Monday at almost any other time of year - OK, I get it. But it's not so this is rediculous & pathetic.

I recently went to to the Gibsonia Walmart to purchase a pS5 console and boy how poorly and unprofessional the release of them were handled. The item was listed as instock on the website directly through there upc scanning process. Now I totally understand that it's possible that they just got scanned in and not ready to be placed for sale. And I understand as well that the PS5 is an item b that EVERYBODY is in search of so they need to be handled in a way in which not to create chaos. However I was blatantly lied to by the woman (appearant supervisor) that worked in electronics. She told me she hasn't seen any and they weren't in the store. When in explained that they were showing in stock she said that was probably an error, she didn't see them and was probably an error. As I was leaving store I overheard another couple getting a completely different story about how they WERE in the store but they weren't aloud to give them out yet. Hmmmm. So I figured I'd ask one more time to someone different to set what kind of story I'd get from them. While doing this I see a customer with a ps5! So I asked another associate and they directed the question right back to the woman supervisor again. This time she tells me a completely different story about how they are here and aren't allowed to sell any. I asked why another customer was able to obtain one she said they must have had on hold which was another lie. I asked why she lied the first time and gave me a completely different story this time and how it's not at all possible to hold these. Well let's just say that cat got her tounge after an argument in store because of her unprofessionalism. If this isn't a case of discrimination I don't know what is. You pick and choose who you want to give items out to today? I could go on with specifics but you get the point. About to leave i saw same couple speaking with i assume a manager and when I asked once again what the true issue is here he at first started to give us the run around but reluctantly said he would check. He told us to meet him at pick up. He hunted down the other 2 people who were asking for one as well. This was exactly how this should have been handled from the start instead of creating such chaos. You ask you get one. Again I understand that bringing 8,10,12 of them to the shelf could cause problems if 15 people are waiting but they way it was handled was ridiculous. Especially the lies. And after looking at clips from you tube, and other feeds this is going on at every Wall Mart. What a disgrace. If you can't handle selling a hot item than let some other place do the majority. Sony is part to blame for this nonsense as well.

Personally I love Walmart. Hi Sonia is not my favorite. Why in God's sweet name would you put Online pick up at the very back of the store?

They have quite a selection and of course the prices are fantastic however the store was disorganized and the men's bathroom was dirty

I think this is one of the better Walmarts.not a full grocery or anything but It doesn't get a lot of riff rat weirdos that you typically associate with this store.and it's pretty clean/organized as far as Walmarts go.

It's an ok Walmart. Doesn't have much of a produce, frozen food, or meat section, but it's ok for a quick stop. The prices are higher on some items like pineapple. Wish they would make a Super Walmart at the new Middlesex Crossing. Then we wouldn't have to trek all the way to Cranberry.

Ruined my desire to go there by allowing aggressive nRG sales people to block your path and harass you. I guess Walmart is managed by people that think we don’t know where a target is or how to use amazon.

I am a loyal customer of Gibsonia Walmart. My family has been with this store since the day they have opened. It's a very nice store. My only complaint would be the rest rooms are not very clean

I think I prefer the walmart's that haven't converted to super centers yet. I don't care for a huge crowd and this place wasn't bad for that.

Shop twice a week. Good hot food, but the cold prepared items declining. Enjoyed their meatballs every week, then they were gone for ever! Their good value tissues are not always there.

I visit this store even though I have another store closer to me, because they often restock the shelves better and carry some items that other stores may not have, or don't put out, sell out, something. And if they don't have something out, you might find someone to help you, and they might actually take the time to look up the items you are looking for. I find the staff I have encountered to be very helpful.

I found hair dryer for 13.19 online and checked availability at the store in Gibsonia. Came in and they only had one for 22.99.the lady upfront was able to do the price match and sell it to me for 13.19.so happy with their service!

Clean store and really friendly people. It really shocks me how small it is for being in a busy section along route 8. They should really expand and get a grocery store dept

In the past, I had to use this pharmacy and it went w/o a hitch for several months until they changed the head pharmacist. Major technician overhaul, nobody knew me personally & vice versa. I ended up going elsewhere after a few months of taking the snooty remarks & condensing attitude, hoping to rebuild the previous report I had w the prev group. But, alas.no such luck. That was disheartening; however the store as a whole, has good stock & inventory (most of the time) and have enough “fake shoppers” a.k. A. Loss prevention members lurching around all creepy like; so when I was in a hurry & that’s always the Guarentee Of when you Cannot Find assistance ~ even screaming for help, I decided to mess with these guys. They’re mostly tools who didn’t make it as a cop, nor security, nor even a rent-a-cop mall guard ~ Paul Blart’s, Lol. This leaves a chip on their shoulders & they are some rude individuals (like the honey badgers of the Walmart animal kingdom)!
I’d say, “ hey, sir, real quick.since you’ve been following me, lurching around w no basket no buggy, & just happen to be in same aisle as me, I was hoping you could run in back and ask for some fresh sushi, please”? Lol. Every time: “huh, I’m not following you! ”
So I say, “buddy my step counter told me that the 1st 10,000 steps you were practically heel-to-toe with me I had to determine the likelihood that you were or weren’t a pedophile, human trafficker, or a weirdo who like wax and straight guys. After that 10,000 mark I determined you were likely a corporate spy, who now feels like a daily hero scaring children, making women uncomfortable staring at them in lingerie, & father’s like myself who wonder if we need to go Liam Neeson on your creepy self”.
Now they are usually very very upset & that’s when I pull out my camera! Lmao! Omg you should see some of these “undercover Paul blarts go ape! Priceless. In the end, I have never once got an answer on the sushi! Come on! It has to be same day fresh-at most; within 2-3 hours -optimal! God! You gonna eat those Tots?

Seems like you can find here most of the stuff as in other Walmarts + they have farmacy. Every time when I went there it was crowded and help nowhere to be found. Also, just my personal note. This Walmart is organized way differently than other Walmarts, may take time to find what you are looking for.

Terrible service in the photo department. Went to get photos printed off a cell phone and when asked for help on the machine the employee didn't know how to use it and could not help. The first machine I was on eventually froze up and wasn't working. Had to switch to a different machine. It was a 1 hour print machine. Or at least that's what it says. I finished up on that. When I returned in an hour I waited in a line of four people in front of me. No one was getting waited on and the employees behind the counter avoided looking at the growing line of customers. After about 6 minutes someone got mad and spoke up about the employees behind the counter not even acknowledging there were customers waiting. I waited in line for a total of 15 minutes. By the time I got to the front to pick up my pictures I was told there was still two people ahead of me to get printed and it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait. At that point I was ready to go and canceled my order. What a waste if time in Walmart tonight!
