Walmart Auto Care Centers, Johnstown PA

I showed up at 7: 00am sharp so that I could get my oil changed and get back home to start work. The auto shop was not open yet. I waited about 15 min & when I saw the lights on, I went in. I was greeted by Ryan, the manager who apologized for being late to open. He explained that he had a last minute call off & that his other tech would be a bit late. He offered to make an appointment for me for a little later but I said that I wanted to get the oil changed and get to work. I agreed to come back in a few min. When I got back, 20 min later, his tech was there and they got me right in. They were both very professional and my oil was changed as soon as they could get the other car (that came in the meantime), done. William finished my paperwork and apologized for the delay. He was very professional and friendly as well. They definitely did their best for the staff that they had. Honestly, Walmart should have pulled someone to run the auto desk so that the tech & manager that was there could continue to provide auto-related services to waiting customers.

This Walmart us THE WORST! NOT ONLY WAS I NOT even acknowledged or greeted whatsoever, but I stood in the automotive bay for literally 20 min with out even someone asking why or what I was doing there. Nothing. Then when I decided I had enough and walked out in anger, and employee yelled from the very bay I was just standing in, "have a nice daaay" and laughed. I hope whoever it was gets fired. Completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Now he can go out of his was to antagonize me and bully me, but couldn't ask if I needed help? ! I called corporate in the parkinglot in tears. Never again. Canceling my Walmart plus subscription and the whole 9. I have never been more upset and embarrassed and to boot I still need the service. Guess I'll be driving over 20 miles if I even need anything from Walmart instead of the 2.2 miles to this sorry excuse. Couldn't even get a manger on the phone which is why I called corporate. Unbelievable.

They did not have the amount of tires i needed and all i got was a "sorry buddy"

Scheduled an appointment, showed up at the appointment time only to wait in line like I didn’t have one. Then the Rep (Christian) had a terrible attitude with my daughter because whoever booked it listed my car instead of hers.

We waited for over an hour and went back to see if it was done. I waited for 35 mins in line again because the same rep was the only one working the line of people.

Walmart customer service always sucks but this trip by far to the tire center was the worst ever. The employees don’t want to be helpful and they are rude to customers.

Honestly would do negative stars if possible. Went in for an oil change like we always used to do (never again) and came back to our car sounding a little weird. At first, the car is a 2003 we expect a few noises when things are messed with, but with in two times of driving it (not far) the sound got horrible. Took it to our trusted mechanic and he said the front alignment was way off and it couldn't have just happened that way, not unless we were ignoring a constant wheel shake for months. Luckily our mechanic is great and he fixed everything up for us, but when I called the auto centre to complain, they basically BLAMED me. "We don't do alignments so it isn't our fault. " They refused to do anything about it. Never going there again. If you value your car and actually rely on it to function, take it to a real mechanic shop.

Guys in the shop don't know what they're doing but besides that I go in this walmart to get automotive stuff like automotive wipes, oil, wipers etc. I go to checkout at the automotive section and the employee tells me if I don't have a car in the shop I can't checkout at the register because they're not cashiers. I told the employee I understand that but I parked in automotive parking and I'm buying automotive products.

I swore I was never coming back here after the last experience, well I had to use this one because of other circumstances, came for an oil change, I was told 45 minutes it’s now been an hour and a half. Which is fine but it wouldn’t be so bad if I weren’t watching these people stand around my car talking and laughing through the window and not working on my car. I mean honestly come on. I will NEVER come back here and I will be calling the district manager. This is UNBELIEVABLE.
