Worst department to work for only a select few people are nice.also never get your car fixed there because trust me you will have something broken

I've gotten my last 3 synthetic oil change ($54) here and they have all been worry free and timely. They seem to be staffed pretty well and I went on a Saturday and it was done in 40 minutes. Which gives me enough time to shop a little and empty my wallet.

Was told it would be an hour or an hour and a half tops. Took 3 hours and they didn’t even finish the job (2 new tires and headlight bulb replacement) and told me to come back another time….

Fast service and decent staff were able to look up what I needed and got me in and out quick

Our order got messed up with 3 of the 4 tires showing up. They still get 5 stars, however, because of the staff. Levi is the man, very friendly and patient. It took some time to sort things out, but they did get sorted and everyone was happy and smiling. Thanks again guys, car rides smooth too.

The hours state 7am to 7pm. We arrived at 545pm for 2 tires and were turned away by an employee who stated they would not be staying past six pm and was closing. We pointed out the hours and they stated again they would not be staying past 6.
Either fix your hours or hold your employees accountable to work the hours you state you are open for.

We got a flat tire and the closest place was this Walmart.we figured since it was after hours wed get it towed here, sleep in the car overnight and try to get it fixed in the morning (we were traveling from out of town.)

Steven was about to leave once we got here. He came up to us and we explained the situation and how wed wait till morning. This man called his manger and asked to stay later just to help us… give him a promotion because he helped us in HUGE ways just out of his compassion. Thank you so much Steven!

I just started using Wal-Mart Auto Care to have my oil changed and for some other routine maintenance. They have all been super helpful and friendly as well!

Service absolutely out of this world. Friendly lady at the register took time to explain to me the difference in tires which I know very little off since my husband took care of it all but he's at the present time is not capable due to illness. So to this wonderful people at the Wal-Mart Auto thank you, thank you, thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Called 4 times, each on hold for 25 minutes or more, front desk tried getting them to answer over and over again, just to get hung up on each time. Finally gave up and went over to ask if they could mount and balance the tires I BOUGHT FROM THEM. Stood there as they just looked at me for another 20 minutes. All for someone to take his good old time coming over to me to tell me they didn’t have time, asked for any day, and they told me no they didn’t have time. Will NEVER try again. Called another place very friendly and got me in the next day.

We got a flat tire and fought back and fourth for 3 weeks before being told that they would not honor our warranty on tires that had less than 20,000 miles on them. The employees were rude and intensely under informed. I am extremely disappointed and not only will not be back but will no longer be shopping at wal-mart as a whole.

Went to see if they had a tire before I could even give the numbers for the time the guy at the counter goes nope and I went to ask him if he had something else and he was very rude. Better off going somewhere else to get car or tire service.
