Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
7Reading all these comments on here make me sick most of these low star ones. Thank you to everyone else who understands how much those workers go through everyday. From call offs to the abuse from rude people
It is what it is.collision prone coming out of the aisles, along with the usual rude shoppers with little awareness of their surroundings. Then of course I think the prices should drop when self checkout is mandatory. Let's throw another parade like the one when they opened!
They had me wait an hour for nothing. They won’t service any previously repaired tire. They lied to me about the policy and left my tire with half the recommended psi in it to drive home on. An employee at Greenville told me that each Walmart is different and it’s the manager’s decision on the services preformed. I called Hermitage Walmart and they told me the opposite from what the Greenville employee told me! So it’s just laziness and no knowledge in Greenville!
No longer use WalMart Auto Center. There prices are high and the work is not quality
It's not rocket science to do an oil change or replace tires, however they seem to think so.
A lot longer than quoted for a oil change and tire rotation, but not bad overall.
I returned my vehicle to have the tires rebalanced. Immediately greeted by a mechanic that must have had a terrible morning. He was quite rude, and obviously couldn't have cared less about me or my problems. The woman at check-in was very nice.
On a positive note, they were able to balance my tires.
When I got back in my vehicle, the mechanic had wadded up the plastic seat cover and left it on my passenger seat. A little message for me, I guess.
I'm sure these folks are overworked and underpaid, but as a customer, I don't control your working conditions.
Recently I was in a jam with a flat tire on a Saturday evening, and they were able to take my tire and fix it before closing: despite being short-staffed and working on other cars. The counter person was extremely busy helping a lot of customers, yet she was still very courteous and prompt. Thank you again to the employees working there on 11/5/22!
