Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
5We came in closing time with a flat tire and 2 kids. We have 3 hours drive back home. They didn’t hesitate to take care of our issue. Amazing people working here. Thank you so much! You guys are the best!
Had a rumbling in my car went to get the car fixed they balanced the wheels I asked them if the car was fine they said yes. It was not. The wheel bearing was the problem but it was too much of an ask when I questioned if the car was fine. They got there money. I got a car that still had problems.
These guys did awesome, I blew a tire about 5 miles out of town and they made sure to get me in and back on my way quickly. I've always been weary of Walmart tire centers, but this one and this group of guys did right by me.
Had to come here unexpectedly due to my tire losing air rapidly. I had no appointment because I was only here visiting but the service manager got my vehicle in quick. The mechanic found a screw in my tire and plugged it. Service was friendly, the mechanic was knowledgeable and got the job done fairly quickly. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road soon so I could safely make it home.
I know that this is maybe my own fault bit the last experience I had with Wal-Mart Auto Care Center was a bit disappointing.
I know I needed to get an oil change done to my vehicle and was waiting for some time to get it done till my vehicle decided to ding at me and tell me my oil pressure was low and need to shut off immediately.
So I decided to get online to make an appointment, but for some reason there was no link to do so as like it was before. And I decided to just go to Wal-Mart after work to try to get it done.
It was after 4: 30pm when I rolled and was excited to see only one other vehicle in the lot which have me the impression that they weren't busy. I went inside to register my car in and the attendent had informed me that they are completely booked and couldn't fit me in today and they only had 2 technicians working. Funny part is that made me upset was the fact all the bays were empty and no technicians on the floor. Pointing that out with the clerk, he couldn't give me a straight answer why they could fit me in for a 20 minute oil change. So I left a bit upset with the service. I ended up doing it myself.
