I had 4 new tires put on my car at this location. They got the tires installed, but managed to put multiple gouges in all 4 of my rims. This is a new car, so no one else has changed tires on it. 1 scratch is an accident. Multiple scratches on every rim is carelessness.
I drive down to this service center specifically to see Jose. He has always taken care of all my families' vehicles.
