To all those complaining about the service. What do you want them to be, your best friend? I’ve had my tires changed here for the past few years on all our cars and they do a fantastic job. Quick, easy, and convenient everytime!

STAY AWAY!
Tried calling in just to ask if I could get an oil change. I was on hold for over 15 minutes! When I hung up and called back, the guy tried to say that he was the only person working there. SERIOUSLY? !? How is this place even still operating? No wonder so many of them have shuttered. Terrible customer service just over the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to any other nearby shop.

I recently got an oil change here and to say it was horrible would be an understatement. I arrived a little before 12: 30 and told them I wanted an oil change. They said it would be about 30-45 minutes. It took 30 minutes to just get my car into the garage. My car was untouched for another 30minutes, while they worked on putting tires on another car that came in way after me. Until I finally stood up and walked over to the desk did someone ask me which car was mine to start working on it again. I was finally checking out at 2: 10. Yes, it took 1 hr 40min to get my oil changed. I headed out to my car and noticed my tire pressure light was still on. Even with all that time, they didn't fill my one tire up with air, even with the light on. The service paper said they checked it but clearly did not. I found a worker to ask them if they could put air in it. The guy proceeded to tell me, "No we really can't right now, but you can just go to a gas station". The customer service and service in general could be much improved. I will not be coming back.

Bill & Kyle were absolutely wonderful when it came to helping me with my tire concerns. They were compassionate about the anxieties I was experiencing and thorough in checking my tires. I felt such a great sense of relief when leaving and appreciated how quickly they to tended to my auto/tire needs. Bill & Kyle provided terrific efficient service!

I wish if I could give less than 1 star. I was there on Monday at 3 pm and they were closed. The hours of operation is a joke. They open whenever they feel like to work. Unfortunately this happen to me twice and 3 times to my father. Stay away from them

Oil change. Sunday walk-in around 3: 30pm. They took my information and had my car in the garage in a few minutes. The oil was changed and for $30 in about 20 minutes.

I always go to this locations for tire needs. I went to get my wife's car battery replaced and the mechanic told me that the battery is in good shape and does not need to be replaced. I was pretty impressed by his honest over profit. He could just charged me but chose to be honest and saved me some money.

You're lucky if you catch anyone there. The so-called "hours of operation" are a joke. They close in the middle of the day. Never have enough people. You better hope they have the kind of oil you need. Open 8 am on Sunday? ! Ha! 8: 30 am and still, no one there. Worst Walmart Auto Dungeon ever.

Poor service. The manager had his hands full. He did all the work while his two over fed helpers did all that was possible to get in the way, look at their phones, shuffle aimlessly around, tell jokes and generally get in the way of the one fellow who was working! I was there on 3/08/19

Wasted 1&1/2 hrs for nothing. The manager of the auto dept.is a waste of time with zero customer service and the rudest I have ever seen. Do not go there.

The technicians (Brandon and Eric) helped fixing my flat tire. They were friendly and worked hard in a steamy hot environment. It was totally worth it going to Walmart auto center. Thank you for the great job!

Terrible. Tried calling earlier in the day and no one answered. No way to schedule appointment. Got there after work at 5: 40 and their hours say open until 7, but they said they couldn't put 4 tires (that I bought from Walmart) on because they were on their last car and closing early. I'm not wasting my time coming back even if it is cheaper than somewhere else because of their terrible service.

Brought my tires there to be installed. They charge you an extra $10.00 per tire to install if you didn't buy them there. Great business practice. They gouge you for the tires and then pretend they are reasonable for the install. No thanks. Big box service and quality.

The auto department is really bad. They did an oil change for me, added too much oil, put the wrong filter on, and left their tools under my hood. I got home and realized it all. I had to do the work to fix it myself. Also, they'll never answer the phone or are very unhelpful when they do. Their store hours listed are 7am - 1159pm? What? A horible place for vehicles.

I went to Walmart for an oil change that took over 1 hour and the mechanic forgot to change my oil filter. I went back the following day and another person took care of me right away. I probably won't go back for an oil change again but I would go back to the store for grocery or other stuff. The prices tend to be lower than the competitors.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever tried to use. I called 3 times, they took 5 minutes to pick up the phone call each time. When the lady answers the phone she was rude and sloppy and told me to call back again to transfer my call when I asked if they repair flat tires. Then I called again and she tells me the same thing after another 5 minutes of waiting. I told her I just called and she said she couldn't transfer me unless I call again so I did and after another 5 minutes, she picks up the phone and hangs up. Extremely rude, don't ever go here!

People, it's WALMART! The majority of their employees are either "slow" or borderline retarded. Go there for their cheap/discount prices and leave. Don't speak/ask questions to any employees because they won't know the answer or give you the wrong answer. And don't use their automotive services because they'll screw it up. I doubt many (any) of them are real mechanics. If you were a "real" mechanic would you work at Walmart? Hell no!
