Long wait, even if you came one hour early before your appointment. Had me here for 3 hours for pallets, hall of shame.hope they better next time.

Getting there in time for a your appointment is key in this location, if you're over an 1hr late ur waiting till next day, if you get lucky. Other wise everything runs like it should, none the less you will be waiting a few hours to get unloaded. Good thing there's a canteen there u can order food, get snacks from kiosk.

Checked in before appointment and three hours later still not being unloaded they made me miss a appointment at my terminal in pittston pa

Faster than most Walmart DCs I’ve been to. Came in at 1200 for a 1300 appointment and they had me out right around 1400.

Very friendly staff. FTL unloaded in 1 hours. Contrary for Walmart style. Washroom under renovation.

This place was great my appointment was for nine. Check in at eight out at 10: 30. For a Walmart DC not bad at all. No overnight parking not even close to place. Stop at petro 36 miles away. Over all great place to drop drivers right off 81 easy access

Wish I could give a minus star, the people in the office have no customer service or respect, you go In and they will sit and chat for 10 minutes while you stand there waiting.and then for the unloading you never know what you gonna get it might be 30mins, it might be 4hrs for the same exact thing.the only people that deserve a compliment is the security at the gate.

Great people, great environment, great place to deliver. One of the best Walmart DC. I hope they keep doing this great job.

Got there 30 min early, guardgate on point, let me in. Desk clerk on point, no issues. Got here at 7: 45pm, docked at 8pm, unload was completed at 9pm, still here waiting on my paperwork to be brought to the deck clerk, it's now 11: 30pm. 2hrs left on 14. WOW

THEY have Expanded the whole center. IT looks very, very GOOD. The snack room and rest room were cleanedddd.

Parkings on ramps and on highridge road seems fine. They need to build safe parking lots before enforcing the shoulder parking.

Best experience at Walmart.from all the Walmart I've delivered this is the best one.appointment was for 0600, checked in at 0530 got a door as soon as I arrived.got a unloaded in 45 minutes @ 0700 I was checking out at the guard shack.keep up the good work!

Security at front very easy to deal with. Everyone polite, has their act together. Swift onsite also efficient, helpful.

I arrived an hour early but the check in process took the entire hour (there were at least 10 or more trucks in front of me) and by the time I got to the shipping/receiving office they claimed I was late and therefore couldn’t drop the load and instead had to do a live load. They got me out quick though, so there’s that. Faster than most Walmarts to be fair.

Slow to CK in at guard shack. Stay connected but unhook trlr air line, then walk to s/r which today I'm in 346 so it's a very long walk in cold, white out snow.: (. We can thank the trucker who left feces where bobtail parking was. Smh.

Wow these negative reviews are from rookie drivers this was one of the smoothes walmarts ive been to arrived a hour and half early no problem no lumper fee (by the way 50 dollars for lumper is the cheapest in the industry) normal unload time for walmart. You rooks will be either weeded out by the winter or youll learn to be patient.

Today, A winter storm is on, Show up early appt 3: 30 pm show up 2: 00 Pm got a door, not so Beasley today many no shows due to the storm and road closures, The girl at the gate was much prettier being so Nice and Smiley.

App time was 3.30pm. Came to the guard by 3.35pm. Guard was slow. Gave me a dock, 2 drivers were backing to the next docks. Had to wait, backed up, unhooked, walked to the office, checked in 4.05pm. They decided to count me as late. Its 11pm already now. They say at least 2 more hours need to wait.

At least, I learned there are not smart people still making problem to other people these days.
