Walmart Pharmacy reviews
6Such an efficient and helpful pharmacy team. The text messages reminding you to refill and then to pick them up are perfect for staying on top of your medications. Fast, friendly and reliable, the Banner Pike Rx crew is tops in customer service.
I have been filling my prescriptions here for many many years and have always been treated warmly. The Pharmacists answer my questions until I understand.
I must say that Janice, at Benner Pike, is my favorite! If no one is waiting in line we chat and laugh. You go, girl!
Accurate and friendly prescription service. Good cost savings if generic is available. Most requests filled in-store within 20 minutes. Online refills via their app work very well. However, 90-day prescriptions from Penn State's plan via Rite-Aid can only be filled to 30 days here due to insurance rules.
Always been very helpful and on-time. When they were out of a med that my child needed, pharmacist called every other pharmacy in town to find it for us. Highly recommend.
Easily the worst pharmacy experience of my entire life pharmacy technician billed me for a 50 day supply of albuterol when the prescription was for seven days for one inhaler. When I asked her to correct it since it doubled my co-pay she claimed it was impossible and would be tantamount to insurance fraud. The level of ignorance and disregard for the patient is truly remarkable. Additionally two 20 minute waits in line
Awesome friendly staff, and the pharmacists call you for prescription and flu-shot/vaccination reminders. I’m from a small-town in Northern Wisconsin - where everyone knows your name and any sort of customer service is provided on a first-basis - and the quality of service here reminds me of home!
