I ordered passport photos and when I received them it appeared to be way darker than the original so I couldn’t use them so it was a waste of 8 dollars

Printed some photos and two small posters the night before. When I went to pick them up only the photos were ready. It took the staff 32 minutes to figure out the printer was not connected and that the person the night before just didn’t print my photos and left the machine messed up.
UNACCEPTABLE. Management was also called to help solve the issue and no one showed up.
The gentleman helping me was nice and tried to help but this entire issue made me late for a function and was a terrible display of team work.
