Walmart Supercenter, Allentown PA

Working with Walmart delivery is great at some places and not others this location is very organized but wait times are a bit long

Customer service is terrible. Employee's have such horrible attitudes when asked to do anything.

Moved recently and tried to shop household stuff and lunch boxes, kitchen tools. I didn't find anything quick that I was looking for. Less stock or I see only returned item. Close enough to most locations around.

Love this walmart i travel from ny just to come to this walmart.the staff is so friendly n helpful.and this walmart always have everything i need.thank u so much.

The employees are mostly friendly and helpful (ikr!? ! Amazing, but true!).

This walmart does their best to practice safe guidelines making the customer feel comfortable. Good selection and variety of items. Staff seem eager to help.

They had nk shoppjng carts when I came in and god whats up with locking shqpoo up.whats wrong with people that thats what has to happen.

Well leave it to Walmart to annoy me again. Scan and go checkout is ridiculous. You are pushing people into doing your work for you. Am I going to be expected to unload the Trucks and stock the shelves next? Keep pushing, cause you're going to push me away completely.

I really hate it when you go shopping at a store and spend a few hundred dollars and there are no cashiers, you are forced to a self checkout station with no assistance at all. I wish they would really employ more cashiers. I've started shopping at other stores, I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience.

I feel the store is poorly organized. Plus I could not find what I needed. A CR2025 battery for my remote control is all I needed.

Its been a nightmare at this store. Yes your register area is under construction BUT you have many many registers and only a few open. All lanes should be open to keep everyone moving along. There's just no excuse for what is going on there

Meh its Walmart, low prices = not q very helpful staff. But if you know what your looking for you're fine.

Difficult to find some items in the store. Frequently, the shelves are not stocked with an item.

I was able to buy everything I needed. I got the wrong size clothing and was able to replace it with the right size at the customer service desk with no problems!

It's Walmart! But with more check outs on your own no more waiting around in line. Unless it's busy

I think this is the best Walmart around. I just can't give Walmart a 5 star though because I can never find fresh produce. Every type of lettuce was browning although the last time I went I was able to pick up some decent fruit.

WalMart tries to satisfy there customers. I hope at this store several times a week. Keep up the good work!

Why is it sign says one price then it rings up for another price usually a much higher price too

What else is there to say? It's Walmart, dirty, crowded, one register open, and the employees have no clue.

Barely has customer service! It takes awhile to find someone to assist or answer a question. However, the few check out stations that are open, the employees are pleasant and helpful. It's the employees around the store that are cranky and seem irritated if you need help.
