Walmart Supercenter, Philadelphia PA

Alot if variety but way over packed. The one guy who i asked where to find table clothes told me to go look for tables and thats where the table clothes would be. Great customer service but not surprising in Philadelphia.

I have a video of them only having 6 lines open while lines are down the isles really ignorant staff has no mercy for elderly.

This WalMart is the best one I went to especially when it comes time to there employees they go above and beyond for there customers

Never any inventory.

There must have been at least 15 people in the speed check out, only 1 open and 2 regular checkout on a Saturday evening. Not enough employees most of them called out, that's was there excuse and they thought it was funny. I spent more time at the checkout then in the store.

I shop at least once a week at this store and the staff is very nice and very professional. I love the Pharmacy staff there the best. I recommen this store if you can't get it here then can't get it any where.

I hate that the baby selection is slim to none! Also with the amount of shoppers they need more employees

I am an avid Walmart shopper, however; this Walmart is exhausting. There seems to be only a few workers who really want to help you and even fewer that have awareness of where things are located. The lines are always ridiculous, Walmart y'all have to do better! Perhaps a self checkout, maybe! One of my biggest pet-peeves is having to get my receipt marked before we leave. This seems to be a location policy because it's not at every Walmart. This procedure is intrusive and delaying. They need a better system, one that does not delay customers from leaving or intrude upon their receipts. Especially, when they see you just walk away from purchasing your items. The reason I gave it two Stars is because it is Walmart. The prices are fair and in most cases, it has what you're looking for in one Walmart or another.

90%of the time is a mess, most employees are great if and when you find one that belongs to that department, but 45minutes wait because more than half of the registers are close it's unacceptable, if I really didn't need it the items I went to purchase I would had never gone, this is why I rather do online shopping, they are getting lots of business so please open more registers.

Time to upgrade to self checkout. The crowd would be a bit more controlled on busy days. Not enough space between the registers and racks to accommodate the longer lines.

There were only 2 registars open. I had one item and waited 15 mins in line.this isnt the first time there was only one 20 items or less line open while a long line awaits. Why dont they have self serve lanes here. I hate coming here.

The lines in the cash registers are eternal.and all the managers are left as if nothing and many cash registers closed.it takes like 30 0 40 minutes only on the line

Went to bakery section for birthday cake for my 4 yrs old twins. Customer service was very poor, ignorant, rude, lazy and don't wanna work. I was very disappointed I didn't get anything.

This store is absolutely fantastic! It has everything and the prices are so customer friendly. I love walmart but this location is right on!

If i could put zero stars i would the service here sucks and they are rude i went to the bakery to order a birthday cake and they was acting like they didnt want to take my order and they was just on their phones taking personal calls and listening to music u can tell they didnt want to be there i was disappointed i didnt purchase anything

The store is well laid out and has a wide variety of each product you may be looking for. The staff are helpful and take time to understand exactly what you need in the item you're looking for, then help you to select the one that will fit your needs. And rather rare for big box stores is the fact that they have staff on the floor in many of the Departments while you're shopping.
