Walmart Supercenter, Wilkes-Barre PA

Clearly this locations Auto department has zero idea of what they're doing. Was told they had 4 tires for my truck but I had to wait 3 hours. Waited 3 hours only to be told they were the wrong tires and the clerk made a boo boo!

Found most of what I wanted.but I am sick of the self checkout BS.they'll have one cashier.and all the rest are self checkout.half the time the self checkout lines are all run by one frazzled person.

No Ground Beef on shelf! Messy shelves on food side of store and Messy shelves on the department side of store!

Ghetto like always. I go to feel good about my clothing selection for the day after looking at others

This place gets worse by the second.two trips in a row and no carts, had to play walmart employee to buy something and play detective to find stuff!

Not to crowded when I was there, Some fair prices. Some stock were low out especially cat food.

Its a walmart. Fairly clean and not insanely crowded. We live in dallas and do prefer the Tunkhannock walmart - went to WB while shopping at sams club.

Very big store, employee's always help & are professional, never really had a problem with Walmart Employees, I come here for a lot of things

Like most Walmart's these days the shelves are empty. This location gets a ton of traffic. Can be packed at times even when they are counting how many are in the store.

It's walmart. There are great employees, there are just ok employees & there are always those few snooty employees that could care less about an issue you're having.

Obviously they have everything, but their clothing is very limited. It would be nice to see more adult clothing options.

The self checkouts are nice, they work well. They are fast & efficient.

They always have exceptional prices. Awesome customer service. Kind and courteous employees. That make going to Walmart a great experience.

Why would the gun counter guy ask me what I need, Start to get it, and then tell me to come back because he is busy. I needed a knife it would’ve taken 3 seconds. Can’t multitask at all. Why not just say “just a moment”. Don’t ask me what I need then literally reach for it then say to come back

Walmart destroyed retail in America and now they hold the country hostage. Federal regulatory powers really need to get involved. Opening more registers should be the first thing on the agenda.

A good and large supercenter. Everything is clean. A typical walmart in that you can find everything. Easy parking. Sone people sleep in campers in the parking lot

Only had 4 cashiers open w approx 30 ppl in each line waiting. Store was packed. We checked out in sporting goods instead of waiting. This wasnt a holiday problem.its always like this. Never enough cashiers.
Toys were picked over to the point that there was pretty much NOTHING there. And they had alot more stuff for girls than boys.
Only saw 1 fortnite item.a monopoly game.not something our 8 yr old would want to play.
Sales weren't very good for 2 days b4 xmas either.

Wal-Mart never has anything good anymore it's a sorry store for the holidays always empty. Smh what are they doing there?

Can't stand the fact they close at 12 what the heck it's the only Walmart I've ever seen close so early. I get out of work at 11 I'm rushing to get there by the time I get my things I here that stupid person sometime it's a woman and sometimes it's a man say how it's closing at 12 it's 11: 30 make your way up to the front come on Walmart help the late night workers out stay open

I love going to walmart but there lines are ridiculous. Why have so many checkout lines if they aren't going to use them especially during the holiday. And their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.

Every part of this store had its own unique scent. From urine to cigarette smoke to bologna.in all the wrong places. Place needs some serious attention.

Difficult to find anything employees are very rude and ridiculously long lines at the registers. I recommend avoiding this place unless you have no other options.
