Walmart Supercenter reviews
19Waited 45 minutes for jewelry watch department and no one help me and my mom out I even asked associates around us and no answer or no one showed up poor customer service at Exeter Township, Pennsylvania or Reading, Pennsylvania Wal-Mart I question that one out what help hmm.
Everything you need you will find, but the only problem they have is that they need more open registers.every time I go there is only 1 or 2 registers, and with all the people that go there yes definitely they need at least 5 or 6 open
Associate was very rude. Called and asked to speak with a manager, but after 5 minutes no one answered.
There is an arrow in the ceiling in the sports area (pictured). Spent way more time here than I wanted to. Every time I enter this store, I leave unhappy. There are only 6 registers open. Every line for the registers goes all the way back into the clothes. Even the self checkout only had 3 registers working. It took 25 minutes to get to the register. It’s the middle of the day on a weekday. There needs to be more people hired and more registers open. I like the products sold here, but the experience to get them, is almost not worth it.
Tried to call to ask a simple question and spent literally 30 minutes on hold, being hung up on, trying different departments, etc. Super frustrating.
I really believe we are getting items at a great price. I'm happy for employees that they are getting a higher salary.
Good prices. They need to re-stock their shelves. Too many times they are out of the item I am looking for.
They've got it all. Sometimes it is tough to find. The self checkout is pretty quick. If those cashiers want to keep their jobs I would suggest they pick up the pace alot. As it is i wish they had more self checkout.
I am so sick of this m************ Walmart here every time I go in there is a bunch of Goya beans f****** b****** always f****** talk in Spanish looking at you cuz you are black Other Woman is Charles talkin s*** and f****** Spanish talk that mother f****** s*** so we can get that mother f****** s*** talking okay we can get that she going out Bing m***********
Huge selection. Very friendly staff. One of the most friendliest Walmarts that I have visited lately. Allow overnight Truck Parking. Hopefully the careless selfish drivers won't ruin it for us.
This store needs to keep their shelves stocked. It does not matter when I go they are always out of something.
I thought Walmart was 24 hours. I rang at 125 am to see if I had left some photos at the self-checkout yesterday around 1 pm. It kept ringing, no answer and eventually rang out. Apparently Walmart is happy for you to BUY things 24 hours yet an Associate is not prepared to take your call to service you 24 hours. Oh well, it is a good case study for the customer service class I teach.
Pretty good to shop around midnight, not too many people, parking is better and shelves are being stocked. It's a little messy from people stocking and cleaning up from the day but otherwise a good experience.
Love Wal-Mart but this one the people are not friendly, shelves are always empty for certain products, usually it's not a good trip to this Wal-Mart
In the Reading area, this supercenter is the best one to go to but it seems like no matter where you go there is never enough registers open. Come on Walmart this what Billion dollar company cant afford to have enough people or have management schedule properly.
I usually don't go to Walmart but if I do I rather go to the Exeter Walmart but lately I've been very disappointed in this Walmart as well, the fruits and vegetables are very poor conditions I was there two weeks ago for hamburger and hot dog bread and all the hot dog rolls where all damaged someone poked a hole in every pack they are not that well stocked in the grocery area, it seems like the temple Walmart is doing much better and I might just be visiting the one if I need to.
Love Walmart. Lots of good deals. But they really need to clean the bathrooms once in a while and fill the paper towel holder. Both paper towel holder were hanging open with no towels. The young checkout young man was very nice. For a young man.he did an excellent job.
To clarify, I'm giving this location a five because in regards to Walmart, this location is the best I've seen.anywhere
