28As always good shopping but you r changing things, around in the aisles and yhat is disappointing.
Usually can always find what you're looking for at a walmart but lately we've been finding lots of empty shelves! In multiple sections too. I have had helpful staff go searching in the back for things numerous times. There's one guy though, if he's the one working in the area I need help, I don't even bother asking him anymore. Such a nasty attitude towards customers. Not just me either. But mostly they are nice and wanting to help you.
Had to pick up scripts. So decided to pick up couple other items since Walmart has pretty much everthing. They did not have my brand of coffee, green tea, hairspray, and one of the 3 scripts was backordered! After working 12 hr day.i was NOT running to another store! Frustrated AND have to go back for backordered script. Ugh!
Too many shelves empty products I was looking for that you always carry or not there anymore employees stocking shelves and and customers not being able to get to the products on the shelves that you do have in stock not enough registers open not enough people on the floor to help find stuff very disappointed Walmart used to be good thank you
Bought a few things here at this location upon leaving an employee approached me and took my receipt right out my hand. Never asked can I see your receipt? Please don't treat me like a thief I work hard for my money. Treat your paying customers like customers! You have loss pervention for a reason! I'll never visit this location again.
Cashiers are untrained and not friendly. They only had three registers open on a Saturday when it is packed.
Items always out of stock, no registers other than the self checkout open. Another typical day at Walmart.
The customer service in that store is poor and they need to work on greeting people when they come in the store
