Walmart Supercenter, Willow Grove PA

For being a Regional store, it is very surprising how disorganized, unkept, dirty & chaotic this particular store is. Items are rarely in stock. Most of the staff that work there seem to be equally as disheveled And Openlu disgruntled.

In the last year the store has been incredibly frustrating in that many shelves are completely bare, others are cluttered with empty boxes that haven't been removed/restocked. No self check out later at night. Many self check out registers do not accept cash. Overall, I avoid Walmart altogether these days

It's been a while since I've been to this particular location as it's kind of out of the way for me. But honestly it was one of the most stocked walmarts I've seen in a long time. Food, clothes and toy wise. We got everything we needed and then some. It was convenient and even though it was kind of packed, being that it was late afternoon on a Saturday, we were able to get in and out in a timely manner and not wait in any crazy long lines. Will definetly be going back when I need to do a major haul for Clothes food and toys.

I was very pleased when the remodeled the local super Walmart including the restrooms! It was well overdue! The do need to check them every hour to be sure they are CLEAN and stocked with hand soap and paper towels! They have been doing much better with stocking and organizing items.also keeping the aisles clean of debris.

The staff keeps this large location’s well stocked shelves very organized. The normal sort of disorganized and misplaced items weren’t a problem here.

It gets busy, but there are ample self checkout kiosks.

The store security following us around was a bit much.

I keep saying I'll shop elsewhere but the low prices draw me back. I like that they have unit pricing shelf stickers- sometimes larger is not cheaper. I'm used to the store but I don't like it. Usually rude people, employees and customers both.

If you doubt the quality of their work and you have questions, the boss may start swearing dirty and accuse you of lying! The boss hates customers with questions! Never contact this company!

There were only 3 registers open and each line was 6-8 customers deep. After waiting over 20 min in line and moving up one spot I had to leave to pick up my son from school. I took my cart to customer service and asked if I could come back in about an hour. They said yes. My son's bus waa late so I called the store 4 times in 30 minutes with no answer. I finally got back to the store about 2 hours after I left and they put my whole cart away. I asked for a manager and she said "oh well we don't hold carts for more than 30 minutes". So it would not have even mattered if I got back in the original hour that was agreed on. She didn't care and I had way to much in the cart to go shopping again. So I left. And went to Target. I was lied to and the manager did not care about me. Way to go Walmart.

Rhonda who worked this morning was absolutely fabulous. She exceeded all expectations. She helped me with a watch question and I appreciate her so much. Ty!

The lines are as long as winter time. Only two cashier's at the most busiest times of the day. Self check out is never a bonus at all

This place is clean and the items were fresh! Found some pretty good items here that I couldn’t find at my local Walmart in Texas. The ethnic hair care products were well stocked.

I love Walmart because of the variety of brands to choose from and because the prices are unbeatable. However, every single section of the store has items thrown all over the shelves where they shouldn't be. The one constant disappointment at this location and all other Walmarts I've ever been to is the lack of open checkout lanes. I went to the self checkout only to discover that they won't accept cash at any of them. You can only use a credit or debit card. I don't understand why they force you to pay this way when the machines are set up to accept bills and coins. The woman working at the self checkout that day was nasty and mean. I'll admit that there were signs everywhere that said NO CASH, but I was in a hurry and didn't see them until I had finished scanning all of my items. When I asked her if there was any way I could hand her the cash (exact amount including change), she said no and then proceeded to start to remove all of my items from the bags and put them back in my cart. I told her that I had a debit card and would just use that since there were only 2 lanes open (out of at least 15) and that I didn't want to stand in lines that were back into the clothing section/other aisles. She ignored me. I then very loudly said, "I'LL USE MY DEBIT CARD. " She said, "What the f***! " and walked away. They need to give people the option to pay with cash at at least some of the self checkout lanes since they can't seem to figure out how to open more than 2 regular lanes. Not everyone has or wants to use debit/credit cards. If I didn't have somewhere else that I had to be as quickly as possible, I would have said something to management.

This is hands down the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I don't exactly expect much from a big box store, but this one is particularly and egregiously bad. The entire property inside and out is covered in garbage, it is poorly stocked, the employees can best be described as unkempt and rude. This place is a detriment to the neighborhood around it.

Walmart always has great items at great prices. Stopped by to buy a bike. Drove back to NY from PA with the new bike for my teenager. Friendly staff

Im supposed to read the cash register from 14 ft away, that says, no cash, everything about this place is bad, havent found a pair of jeans in my size here or ANY pants in my size, here in over 4 yrs, monopolize the market, then dont supply neccesities like t shirts, socks, jeans, UNBELIEVABLE!

Not enough cashier's. Self service lines were long and only taking debit and credit cards. No cash. This created long lines and a lot more time in the store. Shelves lacked merchandise.
