Walmart Supercenter reviews
17This place is horrible. A lot of empty shelves. Meat coolers are not stocked. The lines are ridiculous! Some employees are very rude.
No long checkout lines. Numerous times at this location, the wound dressings supplies are out of stock. The selections are slim pickings. Hall's Defense vitamin C drops, sugar free frequently out of stock too. There's been wrong price tags on items a few times, at the checkout item would ring up at a higher price than what is marked on the shelf.
During my last visit to Walmart I asked the greeter to have an employee with the proper key meet me in the aisle where the item was that I wanted to purchase. The greeter told she'd page someone for me. No employee showed up to meet me in the appropriate aisle. I then had to hunt down an employee to find the person with the key. That employee informed me they'd look for someone and went into the stock room. I never saw him again. I asked another employee for help and she didn't speak English. The next employee I encountered told me to look for an employee wearing a yellow vest. That person didn't exist. I walked around Walmart for another fifteen minutes and finally found the person with the key. At this point I had been in the store almost forty five minutes for a trip that should have taken no more that ten minutes. I don't have time for incompetence. Why does a customer have to ask five employees for help before someone is willing to assist a customer? Doesn't Walmart train their employees to help customers? How is anyone ever to get help from a Walmart employee? If someone out there has an answer I'd love to know what it is. From now on I'll shop where an employee is willing to help me if I need assistance. Walmart sucks!
It's not a bad Walmart, it's just.a Walmart. It's slightly better than like, a Philadelphia Walmart, but it's still insane. The people are rude, there's one line open at any time 90% of the self checkouts are down, nothing is where it's supposed to be. Probably best to avoid if you have the option.
Walmart is a huge distance from Philadelphia but I'm jealous at the fact this location has a deli, self-checkout & mini-stores in there. It's sad how the Walmart in Philly don't offer this. Very impressive indeed because this location is clean, organized and the employees know what to-do here.
Worst walmart I know of. Under staffed and the staff u can talk to are so uneducated about whatever it is u are asking about, ur better off doing the research urself
I go here often the people are friendly and its seems to be a bit more organized than the rest but its WALMART, what more do you expect!
This particular Walmart has the most helpful people working there. When you ask where something is they just do not point and say over there! They actually take you to where the item is and ask you, is this what you’re looking for? When you first walk in until you walk out, employees always greet you with a smile! This store is always clean and in stock with items!
Corp should be proud of this particular Walmart!
I had to return one item and the line was about 14 15 people long, so about the same as the registers with one register open for the first 12 minutes I stood there, I watched a manager Pace back and forth and kept wondering why she wouldn't open a register until finally she did and it helped things move along a bit quicker, but what took her that long to think, hum I should hop on a register to get this line down, just wondering if people care for promotions anymore? Remember workers, you never know who could be watching. If the right person sees you make that extra effort, you could be surprised what it could change for you in a very positive way! Think about it!
So this needs to be shared with everyone who shops at the Walmart on Jacksonville and Street road. You need to know before buying any Foodstamp items. I was told by manager you see in pics.that if an item doesn't scan for any reason. You are required to pay cash for it. Which is illegal.gonna call state who handles Foodstamps.so check you reciete carefully.
Customer service sucks. Don't bother with them. Close to my house, use them like a convenience store for quick pick ups.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The store is always an absolute mess. The customer service associate is always rude to the customers. There is never anyone at the jewelry counter when you need assistance. Not to mention the store always seems to make up its own hours for customer service. It can be a normal week day and you'll be told "we aren't doing returns today. " The store is trash. Save yourself a trip and go to the one in Warrington.
Trying to find out if this Walmart has a water refill station as the one down in Levittown seems to be 'out of order' and has been for a while.
I tried calling this one five times between 19: 00 and 20: 00 on a Friday and no one in Customer Service seem to want to answer the phone.
I didn't want to drive 35 minutes each way, when they might not even have a refill station.
Can't speak about the store itself.
This is the 2nd time I've come shopping 3 hours before closing and only 1 ONE checkout is open.even the scan yourself lines for larger orders are closed. This store is in a nicer part of town and so poorly managed I can't believe it.
This location, like many Walmart location is struggling to maintain itself. Years ago when this location opened up shelves were stocked and service was always available. The stripped down crew numbers definitely shows with the condition of the store.
Impressively one of the worst run Walmart I've been to. Waited for 20 minutes I'm electronics along with 10 other customers. Had to ask multiple employees to find help only one of which bothered to try.
They sent one employee who had no hope of keeping up with the growing line. Just go to literally any other Walmart on the planet.
They shelves never stocked! And I worked at Walmart before and they have everything in the back so the people that's paid to stock the shelves ain't doing they job frfr
