Walmart Supercenter, King of Prussia PA

Nice there was lines but you didn't have to wait long in lines even though there were only 3 cashier open

Service is horrible, checkout lines are very understaffed. And now apparently you have to bus in your own carts from the outside because they can't be bothered to do it. This is the second time this has happened, but this time I am walking out one uniformed employee is telling another woman as shocked as I was that she has to go grab a cart in the parking lot and laughing "you better run and grab it" while this guy and his associate are just standing there. I am like you gotta be kidding me and the guy goes "Its not my job to grab carts" to which I respond "YEAH.its obviously my job". If you have the means, spend your money elsewhere where they at least train people not to laugh at customers who presumably help pay their salaries. Calling customer service is not an option because it rings 20+ times.no voicemail, nothing. Its obviously ringing, but no one wants any part of it.

Worst Walmart to go to. The store is dirty and disgusting. They staff is even worse. No manager is ever available and no one there seems to care about the customer.

What a difference between this store and the one that i usually go on trooper Rd. This one is so much better, cleaner, organized, and friendly workers. I just wish I lived closer to this one.

Very cheapest shopping mall for general peoples with good communication connectivity in King of Prussia.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing glasses. The associates were very kind & helpful! Made sure I left with all questions answered and the place was very clean & organized! 10/10 recommend everyone come here for all contact & glasses needs!

I like this Walmart, it's like a maze to get in the place. When you walk into this Walmart supercenter it's not very big like their willow grove pa location. That's not a store, it's a city. But king of prussia Walmart is always clean. And the store has everything. Always stocked and neat shelves and once again they have everything you are looking for. Period

Clean stocked and no long lines! I almost forgot I was at walmart hate to say the most exciting part of the store run.was that I wasnt pulled aside to review my receipt while other white shoppers were allowed to leave the store freely without search or inspection! Now that was amazing! [no sarcasm] I seriously smiled a little inside

Very clean, well staffed and organized! These are all a plus when shopping during the holiday season.

Had to go to several Walmart's to get everything I needed that's due to the Biden supply shortages what a shame

Just left this Walmart in KOP after having a very unpleasant experience. I had a cart full of items and as I approached the self scan a worker came over and inspected the trash can I was buying and when I told her there’s nothing inside, she responded well you know “some people”. I dismissed her snide remark and continued my purchase and low and behold here she comes again! This time using her badge key trying to correct what she thought was a mistake. She told me I didn’t scan something and just took it upon herself to re-scan it. That’s when I lost it. I l left every thing and walked the hell out. I will not be disrespected in a store that has self check outs and workers that assume you’re stealing. Walmart need to hire cashiers and pay a decent wage so they don’t have to go through what I just did. Disgusted!

So tell me why the person came to my car for a curb side pick up while smoking a cigar? I totally domt understand who is hiring these people. He threw my items in my trunk and slams it shut like I was interrupting his smoke break. Ridiculous

This is the best Wal-Mart I've ever been in, out of all the Wal-Mart's I been in Nj, FL, and Pa. The workers were the nicest I've ever seen in a Wal-Mart lol the lady in the deli counter was so nice and friendly I 4got I was at a Wal-Mart for a second.however when it comes to checking out it is the same only had 1 cashier open on a Saturday afternoon but the cashier was very good and the wait in line wasn't bad

Would have given 5 stars but when checking in for pickup you're taken to another location.

Grocery was rotten or going bad on shelf, associates did not want to be too helpful either
