Waited over 30 mins for a curbside pickup order. Just left and canceled the order. Won’t be back.

Ordered an item for pickup. Signed in, called no one came with my item. Cancelled order. Extremely poor service.

A good walmart to go to if you wanna grab and go.just wish they had someone in sporting goods. But its not there fault

Lottery machine stole my money. Cashier bias. Manger could not help me. A regular customer gave me the money I lost. Smh

Ordered a delivery of groceries online for next day. The delivery window came and went and after 4 hours passed, I canceled the order. During the wait I called the store and I mentioned I was still waiting, and the person I spoke with said something like "oh yeah you haven't it I'm guessing, let me send you to someone but I'm not promising anything. " They transferred me and it rung forever and ever. I just hung up.

If this is what Walmart delivery is like then count me out, I'll shop elsewhere.

Great but slow when leaving because of a bag check which has nothing to do with the purchase but just because of getting water

I came in with a friend to buy a car battery. Remember this is Black Friday. Between my friend and I, we have about a half a century of customer service. Mine being small sales in a mall, and his being selling high end medical equipment.
We got the battery. Went up to customer service, where we met Secunda. Great disposition, especially for black Friday at 4 PM. She rang the battery up. Then she took us over to another register, where she had to ring the other old battery for the core charge. I felt like I was in Nordstrom‘s or Neimans. I did not see that kind of service since the mid-1980s at Nordstrom‘s at South Coast Plaza, orange county CA. My sister bought a dress, and staff said she knew about a pair of earrings that would go well with it. Staff ran downstairs got the earrings and brought them, for my sister. You expect that of Neimans, not at Walmart. This young lady should be training other staff members. If all staff members had her attitude, investors would be throwing money at Walmart. If one person can do it, everybody can do it. After reading some of the reviews here, other staff member might need some help. This young lady should be doing regional seminars. When I described Secunda to Dawn, the manager, she knew who it was right away.she told me that she was not 20, but actually in her 30s. If her parents are alive, she should thank them for doing a damn good job. She treated us as if we were family members, that she liked
I come into the store at least two times a month, and have never had anybody with this kind of professionalism and demeanor.

Great service, door service nice clean stor items fully stocked except for Patti Labelle 's banana pudding out of stock.

Very busy, only self check outs open and one person in customer service it definitely didn't make me look forward to the next time I have to go.

Be very careful with any purchases from the store these rang up $26 and the sticker says $1.48 and I was charged $26…. Had I not been paying attention I would’ve paid this and I’m sure others have as well so always look at the price when ringing up your items. The store is dirty and nobody speaks English. Had to tell manager to remove the stickers so nobody else got screwed

It’s Black Friday, I didn’t see any good deals
But my visit wasn’t that bad, I came to buy something, I found it easy, self check out, and go

And sometimes Walmart can be frustrating and some days are better than others you can find employees that care and are very helpful

It was a good shopping experience at Walmart today. No? ‍️? ‍️ asked me for no old ‍? Offered me a jobs for a and no one talked to me. It was a good day.

God help you if you come in looking for a wall charger. They lock even the cheap ones up and it’s a half hour ordeal to get someone to open it up. I finally left, to find a Walmart NOT located in a cesspool neighborhood.

Too many shady characters go to this location, I only come to here for my meds and leave, the location in macungie is much safer and better client tell, I gave them 4 stars for there pharmacist

Not a lot of help if you purchase a big item like a grill etc in a big box lack of communication of staff made my purchase difficult to get anyone to help took an hour with several trips back to customer service desk before someone came.

Went to purchase a car amp at 6: 30 am. Asked multiple employees for assistance in unlocking the glass enclosure so that I could buy it. Everyone said that was not their department or just acted like I was invisible. At about a hour later I finally ask a another employee, he didn't respond and, just walked away but, did return with the key and gave me the amp I pointed too. My lesson was that it's probably not best to expect to purchase something that is locked up early in the morning unless you want to spend a long time getting assistance.
